Bad alternator died suddenly. My usual mechanic was out of town and we needed a speedy repair. They took us and serviced quickly and pointed out some other things we should look at like a bulging tire and other things. Very prompt with great communication including pictures and diagnostics linked.

Justin was very clear about what needed to be done and worked with us to make the repairs fit in our budget. We felt very comfortable that only the work that needed to be done was being done, and was performed in a high quality manner.

Updated: Justin called me back to help resolve the issue and regain my trust and business. Really appreciated the personable customer service. —- I was charged over 300 dollars for a Honda 80311-SDB-A61 Refrigerant Suction Hose and was unable to return it because other parts needed to complete the repair service were on indefinite backorder and it was already delivered to the shop. I looked up the part number on Honda Factory Parts, and it's only $63. over a 400% mark up?! Don't go here if you want to get nickel and dimed. I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal that I switched to another repair show and have not had any issues since. That shop was able to complete the repair without any delay in parts.

I had problems with my exhaust system for months that other mechanics gave up on finding a solution. The folks at A+ had it diagnosed and repaired in no time, while at the same time keeping me informed of the progress.

Good place to take care of your car. I got a breakdown with my Honda and had it towed to A+. They fixed everything and I had it back the next day. Awesome, big thanks you guys! I did it again! But this time the yearly service inspection. Awesome service and the car runs like new again.

My experience with phone call communication was awesome. The price point was my decision to not use this business. The quote was so much higher than the dealership @ Putnam Toyota Burlingame. Obviously, not commenting on service since work was not done.
