My experience was excellent...I love the rental car service and the pictures in the email of my car as they are working on it. Keeping me posted in a timely manner.

I like these guys a lot. 1st, they're transparent. For example, they take digital pictures of everything that needs work to show you. I could see that my brake pads weren't going to make it to the next service, so I took their recommendation and had them replace the pads. 2nd, I checked their prices. These guys are very reasonably priced. And, 3rd they do good work. My car really seems to run better, quieter, smoother. Much better than after the Toyota dealership service I used after the last service. I will definitely go back.

Thanks for getting rid of the mold, shuttling me to and from work, and throwing in a free car wash! :D

A+ was top class as usual! We needed the car back at a certain time to make sure we could pick up the kids on time and they'll delivered, like they always do! Thanks for being on top of it, guys!

Phoned in for a replacement headlight, got me in that day and diagnosed and fixed my squeaking brakes all in one afternoon! Great customer service (provided a courtesy shuttle to downtown Laurel: a lovely place to wait for a car). Overall great prices, professional, informative, and I left with a smile!

Rob, Jim, and the crew are great! When I was stranded with a disabled car, they made an effort to get me out of my situation with some advice over the phone. We eventually had to tow the car anyway, and once they got it, they diagnosed the problem and got it handled quickly. The most impressive part is that they stayed in constant contact, letting me know the status and what they were doing. Having spent over 40 years in the car business, I feel qualified to recommend A+ as your go-to auto repair shop, and not just for Japanese cars. Mine is American made!

My aging auto suddenly went from fully functional to a near breakdown state while on my way to work. I placed a frantic call to A+ Japanese Auto Repair, and Rob calmly directed me to park it, and leave the key (in an inconspicuous place). Rob arranged for towing (with my insurance co.), helped me connect with a rental car, and took charge. Four days later, I was back on the road! Many, many thanks!
