Excellent service! I feel safe after your service

I had taken my aging 92 Prelude into A+ Japanese Auto Repair several weeks earlier to replace a water pump (and patch some leaks) after the car spectacularly overheated on my way to work one day. To my surprise and shock, the car overheated multiple times on a trip from San Carlos to Petaluma over the July 4th holiday and had a major oil leak to boot. Angry and disgusted, I spoke with Eric, one of the owners. He listened and offered multiple ways to assist my getting the car to the shop. Eric and his team spent the next four days investigating (including two long-distance drives) and solving the problem: an old radiator. I very much appreciate their concern and expertise in handling this matter!

I brought my car in for brake work and to follow up on some other work that was recommended to be done last year. The work was completed, communication was excellent and the best part of the experience for me was the pick up and drop off by Casey, as I didn't have to wait and was able to get to work on time and out without missing valuable work time. Thank you.

From pick up to delivery A+ Auto Repair was great! Rob was informative & patient. He maintained contact with me throughout the day by phone & e-mail-even sent me pictures of parts needing repair.
