I am so happy with A+'s approach to solving the problem, they where the first shop I have been to out of 2 others that actually road along with me so I could point out the sound and reproduce it. Very pleased with the level of communication Rob provided from the moment I walked in the door he was great to acknowledge me and then keeping me informed as the worked on my car. The best part is after taking my car to 2 other shops A+ not only figured out the problem but fixed it. I appreciate there meticulous work ethic. Very happy.

Check engine light came on. They diagnosed quickly, solved problem, got us back on road.

I was pleased with the service and the attention paid to the maintenance that I had done so there wasn't any duplication of cost to me. I like the concept of e-mailing pictures to discuss what may or may not need to be done at this visit. Excellent service. I also learned that one of my sales associates at REI uses your services after we had the maintenance completed, and we picked up the car. He verified what our service experience was and that was excellent.

A neighbor recommended A+ a few weeks back and I had just not been able to get into the shop. My tire blew the other day and I called A+. They were waiting for me when AAA arrived with my vehicle, helped me out, arranged a rental car (1/2 the price of my AAA offer) and made my rough day much smoother. Sorry it took a blow out to get me in to the shop. I'll be back for regular service.

I took my Lexus 350 for a 50K service just before I got to the 50K mark. Rob found that I had a leak in the rack & pinion steering, he called lexus and found that it was still under mfg warranty until it reached 50K....it's all going to be covered. Really enjoyed the take home and pick up service, we could not have had the service done unless we had a ride. Thanks
