San Carlos Auto Repair

I have been taking my 1996 Lexus LX450 and my wife's 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid to A+ for years and I have always received great service from Eric, Jim, and the rest of the team. The shop takes pictures of the work they do and any problem areas that they proactively identify. I like that I can schedule my appointment online and that they have a complimentary shuttle to/from my office. One day, I was running late for a work meeting and they rushed me my car and let me review the bill and make payment the next day. Bring your car to A+ and you will enjoy tremendous peace of mind.

1. They provided car pickup, which makes it so much easier for us to schedule around kids' schedules (school, nap, etc.). 2. They called after pickup to confirm our service request. 3. They emailed pictures of the service needed, and then called to discuss further. 4. They dropped off our car on time, again making it super convenient for us. Service is always friendly, timely and helpful.

It's always a pleasure to visit you guys, knowing that my car has been serviced by people who truly care about it and my safety. Thanks again!

Rob was helpful in keeping me up to date the status of my car. I was able to pick up my car earlier in the day so that I could be on time for my afternoon appointments.

I love this place. They are neat, clean, professional and honest. They will tell you what HAS to be done, what COULD be done. The will never let you drive out of there unsafe...but they give you options. And when you are watching a budget....that is SO helpful!

Once again, A+ was there when I needed them. Jim took care of my car and me, and we're both back up runningand grinning from ear to ear--yay, A+!!!

This is my first experience with a mechanic in California and could not have been better, great service, no hassles and a great price.

Comprehensive exam with crystal clear pictures and explanations of suggested service/repairs. As alway, timely and courteous. All three of our Toyotas get serviced here and I would unreservedly recommend them.
