San Carlos Auto Repair

A neighbor recommended A+ a few weeks back and I had just not been able to get into the shop. My tire blew the other day and I called A+. They were waiting for me when AAA arrived with my vehicle, helped me out, arranged a rental car (1/2 the price of my AAA offer) and made my rough day much smoother. Sorry it took a blow out to get me in to the shop. I'll be back for regular service.

fast with excellent inspection [found non working light and replaced it] your shop is very trustworthy

took my car in for my regular oil change. Got it back in two hours as requested, and they washed and cleaned the interior. Always enjoy my experience with A+.

I am so happy with A+'s approach to solving the problem, they where the first shop I have been to out of 2 others that actually road along with me so I could point out the sound and reproduce it. Very pleased with the level of communication Rob provided from the moment I walked in the door he was great to acknowledge me and then keeping me informed as the worked on my car. The best part is after taking my car to 2 other shops A+ not only figured out the problem but fixed it. I appreciate there meticulous work ethic. Very happy.

Check engine light came on. They diagnosed quickly, solved problem, got us back on road.

I brought my car in for brake work and to follow up on some other work that was recommended to be done last year. The work was completed, communication was excellent and the best part of the experience for me was the pick up and drop off by Casey, as I didn't have to wait and was able to get to work on time and out without missing valuable work time. Incredibly nice, trustworthy, and quality work. BUT... I stopped in a week prior to my appt, decided 2 tires might be in order. They said they'd call me with prices mid-week. They didn't. I called to remind, they said they "were behind" but would get back to me next day. Didn't happen. The appt day came, I held off on taking tires without time to think about brand etc. No Prob, but they promised to email all the tire options and prices by end of day.. still haven't gotten it. Guess they're so busy now they can't keep up with the follow-thru... kinda diasppointed when I gave them 3 changes to get me the info.

Before it was not. MPG is up by two.
