This is my first experience with a mechanic in California and could not have been better, great service, no hassles and a great price.

Comprehensive exam with crystal clear pictures and explanations of suggested service/repairs. As alway, timely and courteous. All three of our Toyotas get serviced here and I would unreservedly recommend them.

Rob was helpful in keeping me up to date the status of my car. I was able to pick up my car earlier in the day so that I could be on time for my afternoon appointments.

I love this place. They are neat, clean, professional and honest. They will tell you what HAS to be done, what COULD be done. The will never let you drive out of there unsafe...but they give you options. And when you are watching a budget....that is SO helpful!

My aging auto suddenly went from fully functional to a near breakdown state while on my way to work. I placed a frantic call to A+ Japanese Auto Repair, and Rob calmly directed me to park it, and leave the key (in an inconspicuous place).
