This was my first time taking my vehicle here and I don’t regret it at all. Jason B, was the one who I dealt with from start to finish. I took my car in for some oil leaks that the other car shop couldn’t find the problem to or where it stemmed from. I was assured that my car would be under great care and would be fixed as soon as possible. I was told that by Thurs, it would be ready. Jason kept me informed and would give me daily updates on my car, and by Wed it was finished. I was so impressed by the work done and the daily updates with text messages and photos of the work being done on it. I am truly impressed and really glad that I found this shop. Jason, you are amazing and thank you again for all your guidance and help! I will continue to come back to you and the rest of the staff for any car needs.

Such an amazing experience with them. I usually do all my own maintenance so was hesitant bringing my Kia into any shop but sometimes you just have to. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future for any needed maintenance. The customer service is just off the charts, they are literally the nicest people you’ll ever meet at an auto shop. Prices are very competitive as well. I simply cannot say enough about how great their service is.

Jason and the rest of the team were great. They took the time to understand the problems and make sure they were addressed. I also didn't feel like they were telling me to do things to get the sale.

I have been working with Jason on both my Subaru and Toyota through a multitude of services. Customer service has been excellent. He has always kept me well informed and been prompt with responses. Having a direct line of communication through text message as well as mobile access to all the reports is a game changer. It is hard to consider going back to and dealing with a dealership service center after my experiences at A+.

From the minute I called A+ Japanese Auto Repair I already felt comfortable bringing my car here. Jason noted that I lived pretty far from the location and asked if I had a way to get home after. My work is nearby so it was an easy commute and an easy decision to bring my car here. Throughout the process, I was happy to see how transparent and thorough they were at taking care of my car. I’ve never felt this way bringing my car anywhere else and it shows. I think I’ve been to over 10 different auto body shops since I’ve been driving. I’ll definitely go back for any other issues I have with my car from now on. And Jason will be the guy I always go back to! If you have any hesitation on whether if you should take your car here, don’t. They’ll take great care of your car. Plus, there’s a AAA discount! Also, isn’t the name just cute?

I brought my Prius in because the CEL was on. Justin ran the diagnostic and found that it was because the gas cap was loose. He suggested another service that absolutely made sense and waved the cost of the diagnostic. On top of that, he took my car to the dealership to see if a minor oil leak could be fixed under warranty. More than that, Justin's attention to detail and professionalism blew me away.
