I have been working with Jason on both my Subaru and Toyota through a multitude of services. Customer service has been excellent. He has always kept me well informed and been prompt with responses. Having a direct line of communication through text message as well as mobile access to all the reports is a game changer. It is hard to consider going back to and dealing with a dealership service center after my experiences at A+.

I highly recommend this shop, and Im definitely bringing my Prius back for any future work needed. Justin was professional and a pleasure to work with, top-notch! I was also pleasantly surprised at the fair costs, and my Prius is driving like a dream again.

From the minute I called A+ Japanese Auto Repair I already felt comfortable bringing my car here. Jason noted that I lived pretty far from the location and asked if I had a way to get home after. My work is nearby so it was an easy commute and an easy decision to bring my car here. Throughout the process, I was happy to see how transparent and thorough they were at taking care of my car. I’ve never felt this way bringing my car anywhere else and it shows. I think I’ve been to over 10 different auto body shops since I’ve been driving. I’ll definitely go back for any other issues I have with my car from now on. And Jason will be the guy I always go back to! I brought my Prius in because the CEL was on. Justin ran the diagnostic and found that it was because the gas cap was loose. He suggested another service that absolutely made sense and waved the cost of the diagnostic. On top of that, he took my car to the dealership to see if a minor oil leak could be fixed under warranty. More than that, Justin's attention to detail and professionalism blew me away.
