From the minute I called A+ Japanese Auto Repair I already felt comfortable bringing my car here. Jason noted that I lived pretty far from the location and asked if I had a way to get home after. My work is nearby so it was an easy commute and an easy decision to bring my car here. Throughout the process, I was happy to see how transparent and thorough they were at taking care of my car. I’ve never felt this way bringing my car anywhere else and it shows. I think I’ve been to over 10 different auto body shops since I’ve been driving. I’ll definitely go back for any other issues I have with my car from now on. And Jason will be the guy I always go back to! If you have any hesitation on whether if you should take your car here, don’t. They’ll take great care of your car. Plus, there’s a AAA discount! Also, isn’t the name just cute?

I brought my Prius in because the CEL was on. Justin ran the diagnostic and found that it was because the gas cap was loose. He suggested another service that absolutely made sense and waved the cost of the diagnostic. On top of that, he took my car to the dealership to see if a minor oil leak could be fixed under warranty. More than that, Justin's attention to detail and professionalism blew me away. Naeem was my service advisor, and he saved me a lot of money on my 2009 civic hybrid. I’m very satisfied with how quickly they were able to diagnose the drivability issue (misfiring) and was able to get it fixed right the first time. Thank you and will bring my car in again in the future!
