Good place to take care of your car.

Their spring special is really expensive and outside of the oil change everything was only "inspected" and nothing was fixed. My fog lights were out and they didn't even tell me about it so the inspection was really not worth the 155 - whatever it cost for the oil change. The prices they quoted for tire repair and brake fixes were absurd ( I know because I got them fixed for a much cheaper rate ). I think people just gave them a nice review because they give you $5 off for "checking in". Never going back here again. I cannot find a way to reply to the owners response but all i'd like to say is that if u did do ur inspection the way u claim to have done it, my fog lights being out would've been something you'd told me. that's all.

I so appreciate the honesty and respectful demeanor of everyone I have encountered at this shop. I have been bringing two cars here for years and I would never go anywhere else. They will give you the straight story every time and will give you a break on things when they can. This is how every shop should operate, with informed quality people who see their role as helping you get the best service you can. I also appreciate that they will send you a text that includes a full evaluation of your car including photos the tecs have taken of various things. It really helps demystify the experience and gives you assurance that they are not just deciding to charge you for something but instead are actually looking and showing you evidence of whatever it is. These folks are best in class.

Great repair shop. I was helped by Jason who was super professional. The shop is very transparent about repairs, they have a web report of your auto inspection with pictures showing various issues (if you're car has any). One thing to note is they are very busy so try to get an appointment in the early morning if you want your car back same day. Definitely reccomend doing business here. They have competitive and fair prices and don't try to up sell you. I'll be bringing my subaru back next time it needs repairs.

Service deserves an A+!! Justin was extremely helpful, polite and efficient in getting me the help I needed for the Honda! I have brought many different cars for service at a lot of different service centers and I can say without hesitation that this auto shop has outstanding customer service skills and extremely good pricing. No wonder they are always busy and even on the day I was there, Justin was running around non-stop with the same, friendly, polite and warm communication skills- I would recommend this repair shop to everyone I know! Needed to get my brake fluid changed. After looking for a shop A+Japanese Auto Repair has a video about brake fluid on their FB page and different types of brake systems. Very informative video. When I brought my truck in they put the fluid I brought with me and were very knowledgeable about brake systems. Truck was done really fast and they did a clean thorough job. No way I could have done it that fast along with disposing used brake fluid properly. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I went in because I needed my brake pads needed changing based on what my dealer said and I had been putting it off for a year. When I went in, they let me know that they would do an inspection on my brakes prior to actually doing them to confirm. They don't have a waiting room and they were really nice and sent a Lyft for me to a nearby Starbucks.After an hour, I got a call letting me know that I actually didn't need my brakes changed and Jason (the mechanic assigned to me) let me know that the brakes were still good for another year and didn't charge me for the service, which was super nice of them. I would highly recommend them because they were honest and just an amazing business. Any future problems I have, I would definitely go back!
