This review is somewhat late. I had my car brought in a few months ago after experiencing some electrical issues, and although the custom service was great (good salesman talk) the service to my car was just average. I basically paid $900 for to an alternator change (included $60 bucks for serpentine belts since they needed to take them off). Long story short, my car still idled high, but the worst part of it. The pulley that supported the belts was not tighten to spec and it popped off while I was driving. Fortunately, I just got off the freeway when it happened (2 blocks) Otherwise, who know what would have happened. I hate to think about it. In any event, they did a good job of responding the next day by towing my car to the shop and fixing the problem. However, the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I had high hopes for this place. Lots of good lip service, but just average repair service. I talked to a Nissan dealer afterwards who told me I paid way too much. Again, $900 for an alternator change. I should have taken it to the dealership (however, probably would not have gotten a loaner car) Nonetheless, one star represents my experience. Personally, I will never bring another car to this place. I really wanted to like this place but at the end I felt I was just a quick sales flip. I don't hold grudges, but I do believe in transparency, so I already shared this story with my family and many of my friends. Good luck with your car repair needs. God bless.
