I've never found anyone else who I would let work on my cars!!!! Without a doubt the most honest mechanics Ive ever had. If you like your car and keeping money in your pocket this is your place.

This shop should be the golden standard of how shops should be ran. Each inspection point was completed with photos, condition and recommendation. In addition, all of it was easily accessible through a link that was provided via text. The work here is professional and honest. This will be my go to shop from now on.

Wonderful experience at A+! The customer service is impeccable, and tons of respect for the mechanics. 10/10 would go again for any car fix needs I have.

Quality job and the communication was great! I was kept in the loop on the status of my repair the whole time. I received a detailed report of their findings and we agreed on a plan to move forward. It was nice that they work with a local car rental place in case you need wheels while they fix yours.

I cant say enough good things about Justin Mills and the team at A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Our car died in an intersection. Just died out of nowhere. We had it towed to A+ and they were able to determine that somewhere during our road trip that weekend, a rock had spun up underneath the car and damaged the radiator. I ask you- What are the odds of that??? Justin worked with our insurance to get the repairs done the right way, with factory parts, and even loaned us a courtesy car. It was amazing. I didn't even have to miss work! No one likes to deal with unexpected things like that, but Justin and the whole team at A+ Japanese turned a stressful situation right around and made it no hassle for us. We absolutely won't take our car anywhere else.

Their spring special is really expensive and outside of the oil change everything was only "inspected" and nothing was fixed. My fog lights were out and they didn't even tell me about it so the inspection was really not worth the 155 - whatever it cost for the oil change. The prices they quoted for tire repair and brake fixes were absurd ( I know because I got them fixed for a much cheaper rate ). I think people just gave them a nice review because they give you $5 off for "checking in". Never going back here again. I cannot find a way to reply to the owners response but all i'd like to say is that if u did do ur inspection the way u claim to have done it, my fog lights being out would've been something you'd told me. that's all.

I so appreciate the honesty and respectful demeanor of everyone I have encountered at this shop. I have been bringing two cars here for years and I would never go anywhere else. They will give you the straight story every time and will give you a break on things when they can. This is how every shop should operate, with informed quality people who see their role as helping you get the best service you can. I also appreciate that they will send you a text that includes a full evaluation of your car including photos the tecs have taken of various things. It really helps demystify the experience and gives you assurance that they are not just deciding to charge you for something but instead are actually looking and showing you evidence of whatever it is. These folks are best in class.

Great repair shop. I was helped by Jason who was super professional. The shop is very transparent about repairs, they have a web report of your auto inspection with pictures showing various issues (if you're car has any). One thing to note is they are very busy so try to get an appointment in the early morning if you want your car back same day. Definitely reccomend doing business here. They have competitive and fair prices and don't try to up sell you. I'll be bringing my subaru back next time it needs repairs.
