I started going to this place out of curiosity about 3 years ago. Best decision I made formal auto care shop. Time and time again they surprise me how good of service they provide with quality work. They are very compatible with pricing and will beat just about anyone. Anytime I call them for an issue they fit me in fairly quickly. I have a 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX that I take lots of pride in and only let certain people touch it. I fully trust them to give my car the care it needs. I usually go through Naeem to set up appointments or to try to fit in last minute. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto care. Another aspect I love about this shop is the ride service they provide, they will drop you off or pick you up. You will not be disappointed.

These folks are A+ AWESOME!! I had an unfortunate experience last week after someone smashed my window and stole my bag from my car (BMW so not even Japanese). I called other shops to help fix it but was told I'd have to wait 2 weeks or more. Justin and the team took my call and told me they could get me in that same morning. Not only that, they were done within the same day which was AMAZING!!! I wholeheartedly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair to help you with whatever you need. They made a bad experience better for me and were sincere and friendly to boot. Thanks guys! You were fantastic and I'm going to let as many folks know it as I can!

What: four new tires, mount/balance and alignment Experience: awesome service, was pretty much in and out. Long story: I called about 11 different shops up and down the peninsula looking for Continental TrueContact 225/60r17 tires for my Subaru. Initially A+ was the most expensive, I commented this to Justin during my feeler call. Justin was pretty surprised and asked about the price difference. He was also shocked, said he would investigate and call me back. Thinking nothing of it, I was about to order on tireRack and have some recommended installer do the work. Justin called me back to let me know about the supplier error and his updated cost. I was pretty impressed about the honest transparent follow up. So I decided to give A+ the business.

New Years Eve and all of a sudden needed a new head lamp and tail light. It seemed like Justin made it a mission to get it done same day, and everything went as he said it would. I commented on his quality of service, and he said it is all about the values set by the Owner, Eric. Outstanding! I'm actually saying that I look forward to the next time I see my auto mechanic!

I had a wonderful experience. Justin and Suzanne were very helpful and professional. Justin really took his time in explaining the work that was done and didn't try to push anything on me. They were very reasonable and prompt. Overall great experience and I would come back!

Great, honest service. Mechanics you can trust. They take digital pictures and email them to you to to show you what is wrong. They even give thorough explanations of why its important to fix it. Highly recommend
