Ugh, I can't believe I haven't done this sooner. I thought for sure I was just about to update my original review. Gah!Wow. Where do I start? Okay. I'll start with Justin. Sure. Probably the most sincere, incredible customer service EVER. I have a very high bar set for this and he has exceeded my expectations every time I call, get Blanca's oil changed, or even if I have a lame question - he's always happy to provide me with detailed answers.Then, at my first oil change, the mechs found a big no-no that was done by the previous place and saved a lot of potential damage to Blanca's engine. I've also had other under-the-hood shenanigans that A+ has been able to help sort out for me. I was never left wondering what was going on, was always given information so I could make an informed decision, and knew how long things would take.A+ and Justin have done nothing short of providing me and my ride the best of care.(Note to A+ business owners: Justin deserves a raise. I'm just sayin'...)
