San Carlos Auto Repair

Over the year I have come to trust Justin and the team at A+Japanese Auto.  I try to take good care of my car. Justin always gives me the low down on what my options are. Yes some times I have had surprises that cost more than I anticipated. Once the mechanics start working on your car there maybe something unexpected, but A+ has always been very through, making sure my car is in the best running condition it can be in for it's age. Eric and Adam chose parts because of the quality. They have outstanding people that work there. The thing is that they let the customer make the choice. So if you can't afford to have everything done. They do what they can for you. This is a quality shop.  
So I trust them to have body work done on my car too. Yes it is a bit more expensive,but Justin, just like the other reps, make sure the job is done well. If they notice something funny going on with my car, they tell me. I have never had bad service at A+Japanese Auto. They are professional and really honestly good people giving their best to get the job done right.
Justin is awesome. I trust him implicitly.

BACK IN THE DAY. For those of you that grew up in a small to mid-size town you may remember that everyone knew exactly what shop to take their car/truck to for service. Now your in the Bay Area and there are countless places nearby that would love your business. Asking family and friends will get you one or more suggestions but probably will not leave you POSITIVE that you have made the RIGHT choice. Guess you just have to take a gamble and hope you get lucky ! Well no worries.! I have been going to A+ JAPANESE AUTO REPAIR for several years and they cover all the bases. Give some thought as to what you hope will the experience from the front office to work shop and you won't be disappointed. I leave you with one word that is missing all to often these days and that is they CARE. REALLY THEY DO !

The experience was great right from the start, from Suzanne who first "talked" to me on the online chat, to the in-person discussion I've had with Justin when I brought my car in to seek a second opinion after my visit to the dealership. I had to leave my car in the workshop for a couple of days for them to run some diagnostics and repairs, but thankfully, there's free "shuttle" service back and forth. I've not met the guys who worked on my car but I'm sure they are great working behind the scenes too. Great service from the A+ team.

A+ provides superb work with excellent customer service. From the moment I walked through the door and spoke with Naeem, I felt that I assured that I was being taken good care of. He explained things very well and helped me out in a pinch.

Justin was thorough, informative, and eager to offer any help A+ could provide in delivering a positive experience. I do have a regular mechanic that I use, but it's nice to have this alternative service close to my office for oil changes, tires, etc. The cost might run a bit more than most, keep in mind you are paying for the pickup and drop off, which in my mind - you can't put a price on when time is money! The convenience and service COVER THAT EASILY! I could go on, though in a nutshell, Justin and the rest of the staff here EXCEDED beyond my expectations in have service my vehicle. Nothing but good stuff here. Call, make an appt, pay, done!
