Our car was damaged by a rock that split the skid plate on our Lexus while driving back from Carmel. We were due to drive back to Oregon and had to have it fixed before the long drive back. My husband called A+ from Yelp reviews, Suzanne answered the phone with a friendly voice and said we will help you, she was enthusiastic and helpful. We arrived and were greeted promptly, examined the car, presented a solution, and we were in and out in 20 minutes...It made our day to know that this business cares enough about their customers even one they may never see again. My husband and I have utilized A+ many times for repairs and maintenance on our cars. Each time we have been more than satisfied with the services. I highly recommend this place and will continue to use them in the future. Justin Mills is extraordinarily friendly and provides excellent customer service.

These folks are legit and have changed my Prius tire twice now, always same-day service. Got a warranty the first time so didn't have to pay again.Super convenient that they're a 10 minute walk from San Carlos Caltrain station. :)

I just moved to the area and needed to find a place for oil changes/maintenance. I read the reviews for this local business and decided to give it a try. I was able to get an appt online. Justin greeted me when I arrived and was very nice, explaining everything as we went along. I left my car, while going out for a bike ride with a local team. One of my teammates was also very complimentary and said she had been taking her car here for years. Overall, great experience and liked how they only worked on what's needed.

Needed to start taking better care of my car so due to Yelp and my friend's reco, I took it here. I don't really speak car but Justin helped me every step of the way. He was patient and informative in explaining what they found, what I needed to get done, and how long it would take. They even helped me get a rental car since they kept it overnight to get all the work done. I had a great experience here and am excited I found a new place to take my car.

I have been coming to A+ over the past 5 years. The service has been exceptional. The communications, recommendation and service has been solid and very reasonable. I have sworn off going to the dealership and rather trust the A+ crew.

First time customer, and I plan to use these guys again! I had noticed that I needed to get my braking pads replaced after my car was screeching for awhile. So initially, I purchased their Winter Special because it came with full brake inspections plus a lot of other great features for $100. Unfortunately, I find out that I waited too long to get the brake pads replaced and had to get my rotors fixed as well. THEN I find out that my alignment had been off for some time now and that my tires were angled inward and about to pop. So now I have to replace one tire (which means it's basically time to get a new set). Instantly they say that it wouldn't be safe to drive the car at all. Finally, I'm told that there are a bunch of other smaller things that would need to be fixed. Total cost would be from $1500 - $2000 :O So I know what you're thinking... "Don't you think you were just being played for a chump?" Normally, I would be very skeptic about all this; after all, I went in to replace something small and suddenly came out with something huge. However, these guys proved themselves out of my skepticism. While I was at work (which they give you a lift to by the way while your car is in the shop), I get the call from my representative (Naeem) who had sent me over a diagnostic for us to go over. This thing had a list of what was inspected and place them in categories from "All Good" to "Repairs Will Be Needed Later" to "GET FIXED NOW". On top of that, for the major fixes they provided pictures so I could actually SEE what they were seeing. As far as cost goes, yeah, it costed me an arm, but not a leg. Naeem not only helped me figure out the most necessary things that had to be fixed to get me on the road, but even helped with the price by giving me a discount since I work at Oracle (they get a lot of customers from there). Overall, my car runs like a dream, and I know what I'll have to get later so I can plan ahead. Definitely recommend.
