Amazing experience with A+. I brought in my subaru forester for the 60k mile tune up and a weird rattling noise I had mostly ignored and A+ diagnosed the real problem, explained the potential strategies to diagnose and deal with it in plain language and great detail and recommended which things I could defer for a few months to deal with the unexpected repair expenses first. Really, really great customer service throughout (thank you Justin!!!). I'll be back in a few months!

Even with ~210k miles on my Toyota Corolla, it's running strong thanks to the quality work at A+ over the years. This visit was no exception.

Justin is so awesome. Saturday was crazy. He is a professional, juggling people coming in at the last minute as they were closing. He is reassuring , super calm and positive. Where else can you get customer service like this? The service and quality of work is awesome. I never have problems. They totally take care of my car. Also A+ is a new app to make sure their customers understand to the best of their ability what is needed to fix and maintain their car. I was blown away by their new evaluation system send to me via email. Everything your car needs to have done is listed with priority ratings, followed-up with a phone call to verify which things you want to be fix. Wow this is awesome! Plus you have the nicest people helping you. If you use A+ Japanese Auto you will never have to worry about your car. Great service! Reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable! Great work done right the first time and always to your satisfaction! The shop is so clean, it looks like you could eat off the floor! Every customer service representative is EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL!! They always explain what is wrong with the car in as much detail as you want, and they always give you honest options of what needs fixing now and what you can hold off of until later! Every auto repair place should try to emulate what they do here!!

Took my car here for the 1st time, always done dealership before. They were GREAT. Cost me 1/2 less than the dealership quoted me and trying to sell me new parts that A+ Japanese stated I didn't need. I'll definitely be bringing my car here and say goodbye to the dealership. Thank you!!!
