San Carlos Auto Repair

I have been using A+ Japanese Auto Repair Inc. for the past year that we have been living in Redwood City for both my Honda Civic and Lexus RX400h and have had excellent experiences every time. Mostly I have been performing routine maintenance and they have been excellent in both service and support. It is also great to have a service provider who doesn't always try to up sell you to additional work. If something else needs attention they tell you, but they have also told me there is nothing else to do besides the oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they handled an immediate need I had recently when I got a significant crack in my windshield that was growing constantly. I called them on Monday morning and they were ready to change my windshield that day if needed. I dropped it off Tuesday morning and they made sure it was completed before I needed to pick my son up from school. The work looks fantastic and was a great price. Really like this shop and fully recommend it, so glad my cousin recommended it to me when we moved here.

Japanese Auto Repair just continues to keep my 2003 Honda Accord EX running and looking like the the day it was purchased as a new car. Amazing.

I'm typically distrustful of auto repair shops, having dealt with a variety of them across the country. However, A+ Japanese Auto Repair has done a great job diagnosing a few complicated mechanical issues and also making a rental car exchange relatively painless.
