The most professional and with outstanding customer service repair service I have experienced in a long time. I have tried them all over the years and this place was great.

One afternoon my rear driver side window would not roll back up. I called Naeem and he was able to get me in. Provided me a quote and a ride back to work. After doing their diagnostics, I received a lower cost than what was estimated. They save me money and got it fixed. Thanks again Naeem and A+ Japanese Auto for great service.

I gave justin and A+ japanese auto repair 5 stars last time.. and they earned it again! Every time I come here (and it's been a few times now) Justin does such a great job explaining every little thing about the service my car will be receiving, and then always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. This time the car had to go to the dealer for a warranty repair, and justin managed the whole thing - including being on the dealer's case when they weren't responding quickly! He sat on hold.. kept pinging them.. and finally got them to do what they needed. He worked his butt off so I could keep focused on my job and not worry about what was going on with the car. I literally will not take my car anywhere else - A+ and Justin have a guaranteed customer out of me. -jason

Good prices for great labor, honest feedback about your vehicle, and a customer satisfaction like no other place Justin and his associates above the rest. I won't go into too much detail about how he has helped me, but it has occurred on many occasions and the timing has never been better.

My car broke down while I was on the road and needed to be towed. I called A+ Japanese Auto Repair from the road and spoke to Naeem Subedar, from the very beginning Naeem was very helpful and made me confident that I had reached the right place to have it towed. Naeem kept me updated during the time that car was in the shop, and helped to expedite the process, since I depend on my vehicle for my likelihood. I highly recommend A+, and especially working with Naeem, for all of your Japanese auto service needs.
