A+ is probably the best auto shop I've been to. Justin is incredibly professional and makes the whole broken car/sudden appearance of every warning & check engine light situation painless. I trust them 100% and will never go anywhere else. I think it's the first time I did not feel taken advantage of by a mechanic! Thanks guys!

We bought our Rav4 here after questioning a repair Wheel Works (see my review) wanted to do with our suspension. I have always known how good Eric, Adam, Justin, & the entire staff are & we met for an innitial consultatioon a couple months ago to talk; no woprk or estimate at that time. Fastforward to this past Friday & we bought it in & Justin remembered us & not only recommended they look at the suspension, but also do a full inspectionpof the vehicle to look at everything & get more of of an overall picture of its condition. So, he was very knowledgable & he recommends & emphasies but does not push. He always explains everything in laiman's termes. He even called Uber for us & tracked the driver's whereabouts while we talked & escorted us out to the car. As for our vehicle, we got a clall back later that afternoon & Wheel Works lied about our problem; the pressing thing was the transmission fluid needed to be changed which we gave the okay. The price was right at $241.00 & you can bet this is definitely our go to shop now as honesty, courtesy, & great workmanskjip shine. The shop including the office is very clean. So, for reasonably priced auto repairs for your Asian vehicle in a clean friendly honest atmosphere, A+ cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.

Worked on my car and were very thorough. Justin was very good with what needed to be done and what could wait. I didn't feel that I was being oversold for services and he worked with our extended coverage warranty through Lexus. I would definitely recommend their shop.

Amazing! I called the day before for a headlight bulb change. Because of work, I was late for about half an hour for my morning appointment. When I arrived, Naim took care of my car in less than 20 minutes and when I was about to pay, he said, "It's on me." Speedy, complimentary service! Of course diagnosing and fixing a problem is first priority. All work I have had done over the many years of going here has been accurate and solved the problem. Recent light issue become bigger but they stuck with their quote and had it all ready in time. What I love about A Plus is you start with that and also get polite, well spoken people explaining things to you clearly and a ride that gets you to work on time. A Plus is serving of the word service and not just a repair shop.

Very efficient - I took my car in at 9:00 for an oil change and inspection. They called me by noon to tell me their recommendations, and had everything completed by 3:00. They will give you a ride/call you an Uber to and from your destination while your car is being worked on.

The best service I have ever received on any of my vehicles ever! They have a very comprehensive report they send you via text and email complete with pictures and explanations. They go over everything with you in person or over the phone. Justin, the guy I worked with was a true professional! No pressure, no gimmicks, they truly care about doing the right thing for you. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
