I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute shipped from Hawaii and having trouble getting it smog checked. Even the Mazda dealer was of no help to me. On a whim decided to check A Plus Japanese and had the good fortune to run into Rob. Long story short, it took several visits and a lot of patience but it was all worth it. Rob was able to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and extremely patient with me as I know very little about cars. Rob went above and beyond the call of duty. When he called to say it was ready he also said it had passed the smog check and he had the papers! I was so excited and pleased this was already done for me. Now I hear he will be leaving A Plus, our loss, their gain. Nevertheless, my experience was exceptional and I plan to return for regular routine maintenance and will recommend to all of my family and friends. Rob I will miss you. PS do you still want the HI plates? Send me your new address and I will mail them to you. Mahalo nui loa.

Wow, I'm so impressed by the level of service I received here recently when fixing my Hyundai Genesis. Naeem communicated with me every step of the way, updating me with the status of my car. I own 3 Lexus and have taken them to the dealership for service, and I must say, A+ does a better job a communicating to their customers and listening to their concerns. I had an issue with my suspension that no other mechanic could figure out, but A+ diagnosed the possible problem and fixed it. No issues anymore. No need to worry about rides to home or work if you are nearby, they will take care of you and not leave you stranded. Overall great experience, will certainly return for any maintenance or repairs. Thank you again.

I continue to be astonished with the level of service provided by A+! Justin will work with you on what repairs need to be done now and what can be done later so you can manage your money for your repairs. Who does that?! A+ does that!!! Yeah it's a dumb name which gives you the impression that they only work on Japanese cars but that's far from the case. They work on all types of vehicles. I recently had Big Daddy -- my Chrysler 300, serviced for a trip to Vegas and was concerned about the heat affecting performance. I was reassured that he could handle the heat with no problem. No worries! He did a super job!

This place is incredible! From the moment an A+ employee picked up the phone to when I got my car back, A+ was incredibly nice and helpful the entire time. Some of the best customer service I've ever had in my life across all industry's. The employee who worked with me (Justin) kept in touch the entire time, gave me his cell number, was extremely personable, and most of all, came off as very trustworthy. Would 100% go back to them in the future!

The fuel sending unit on my Mazda3 died. This was a freak failure! The car only has 70+K miles! Furtunately I still had the "extended warranty"...and guess what? It covered it! So what? Well, Naeem took care of everything...by that I mean that he handled the warranty payment. Gave me updates on the repair everyday. The car was there about a week! It was an easy repair that required to get the gas tank dropped. No easy feat. Their service has always been good and fair. It is aggravating to have a broken vehicle, the worry of the cost is real. I know! I live paycheck to paycheck! but if you listen to the staff you'll see that their recommendations are always valid and they are always willing to work with you.
