Sending a HUGE thank you to Justin for his amazing customer service to our family when making a questionable decision of keeping my husband, my child and myself, safe from our car issues. Not only did he remember my daughter's name and care to take the time to carry on conversation with her questions, but also to go above and beyond the call of his duty to provide us with the utmost care. He sought out all options we needed, using sources outside the company to guide us with the best decision for our family. He also made sure that I was aware of the work they recommended for my car by deepening my understanding for the cause and effect of the car's actions and issues. I feel so much more educated on my car but also more on the process my car take in running effectively because of Justin! Thank you again!! AND thank you to the A+ team who took part in all of these steps to allow us to be more safe on the road.

Love A+ Japanese Auto!Justin really is the best. He is professional, considerate, and just an all out nice person. I don't have a lot of time to investigate about options, but through the years I have found that Justin, Rob and Eric have helped me to keep my car in good shape. Everytime I bring in my 2006 Prius I always notice an improvement in handling, gas performance, and general performance. My car may not look spiffy new, but it runs well. The guys and gals at A+Japanese Auto care. They are consistent, communicative, and a pleasure to work with to solve your car problems. They will be straight forward with you Hey, these are the guys to trust.

I've given a review here in the past, but last week's shenanigans deserves an update. I had the worst week on record for dealing with *other* auto shops and eventually, Naeem and the A+ Team swooped in and fixed it all (again).Hands down this is continuously the best experience I've ever had with any auto repair house and their great service, value and trust has now reached the point where I wont bother taking my cars anywhere else in the future. I'll always start with a phone call here first.Last week, after messing around with the Ford Dealership and an independent windshield shop with absolutely no success and unlimited frustration, I ended up taking my (now non-Japanese) car to Naeem and the A+ Team for windshield replacement, service & oil change. I also took my friend's Toyota Sienna for bumper repair. Even when they didn't do the work in-house (windshield + bumper), Naeem managed the entire experience including 3rd party negotiations, a rental with Enterprise and a ride when needed. Do yourself a favor. Take a deep breath, then give A+ Japanese Auto Repair a call to fix your car - whatever the problem is. They will put your mind a ease, let you get back to doing what you do best and then take care of the rest.Thank you again guys!

We've been getting my Honda serviced here for almost ten years. They have always taken good care of us. Whether we have needed regular service or an emergency fix, we have never felt that these guys were taking advantage of us. Everyone here is very friendly. They always make sure we have a ride. They know we trust them because they've earned it. Thank you, Justin, for getting me back in my car so quickly this week!

This place did a really good job of making things easy from start to finish. They run a tight ship. I had my alignment done and I was able to dropped off and picked back up by über and the cost was built into the cost of the job, not extra! Hard to believe. The store had three professionally dressed young men, who looked more like account managers than counter workers at most mechanics. The job was done quickly, communication was good. They even deducted $10 off the bill for checking in on Yelp. I would go back and recommend them for sure.

Dropped in to A+ with my ol Lexus looking for somebody to replace my seatbelt with a non-frayed seatbelt assembly I bought from a wrecker. Nobody would do the job for fear of air-bag computer controls in vehicle creating warning lights, etc. Lexus dealer would only replace with a new unit, estimate:$1000 with labor.Heading home on Industrial Rd, hey, lets try these guys [A+]. "No problem, we do lots of these, said Justin. Super reasonable estimate. So I had them do a semi major (oil, belts) service also. They provided a rental car, quick & easy.I am beyond pleased with results, speed, convenience & PRICE. Got a Japanese or Korean car? These guys have it all down. Courtesy above that of the Lexus dealer. :-)
