Great service! Reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable! Great work done right the first time and always to your satisfaction! The shop is so clean, it looks like you could eat off the floor! Every customer service representative is EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL!! They always explain what is wrong with the car in as much detail as you want, and they always give you honest options of what needs fixing now and what you can hold off of until later! Every auto repair place should try to emulate what they do here!!

Took my car here for the 1st time, always done dealership before. They were GREAT. Cost me 1/2 less than the dealership quoted me and trying to sell me new parts that A+ Japanese stated I didn't need. I'll definitely be bringing my car here and say goodbye to the dealership. Thank you!!!

One afternoon my rear driver side window would not roll back up. I called Naeem and he was able to get me in. Provided me a quote and a ride back to work. After doing their diagnostics, I received a lower cost than what was estimated. They save me money and got it fixed. Thanks again Naeem and A+ Japanese Auto for great service.

I gave justin and A+ japanese auto repair 5 stars last time.. and they earned it again! Every time I come here (and it's been a few times now) Justin does such a great job explaining every little thing about the service my car will be receiving, and then always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. This time the car had to go to the dealer for a warranty repair, and justin managed the whole thing - including being on the dealer's case when they weren't responding quickly! He sat on hold.. kept pinging them.. and finally got them to do what they needed. He worked his butt off so I could keep focused on my job and not worry about what was going on with the car. I literally will not take my car anywhere else - A+ and Justin have a guaranteed customer out of me. -jason
