I've brought my 91 Miata here for a inspection, maintenance service, timing belt service, and a few other things. I've been extremely happy with the quality of service I've received. I plan to come back for future work on my NA Miata. I'm taking it in tomorrow for tires and alignment!

A+ Japanese are the best! I'm coming to them for more than 10 years, with all cars in our family. Totally reliable and professional. Honest prices. Very helpful, always polite. The very best auto repair I've ever seen. Hope to be their client for years and years.They are taking care of everything - not only the car repair. They will tell you if something could be done under warranty and will call vendor mechanic for you to explain the problem. I brought my car in to have some work done on my brakes. I arrived before they opened and was greeted by Eric who was able to get the paperwork started. I then was helped by Ricardo who finished up the paperwork. They were both thorough in explaining the process and the services A+ provided. I will have to say, they excel in customer service. In a few hours, they sent me an email with details of the diagnosis (pictures and recommendations). Afterwards, I received a call from one of the mechanics who explained what will need to be done and the cost (which was quite reasonable). I do recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair to anyone who needs service on your vehicle.

I've taken my cars to everywhere from a chop-shop repair joint to the BMW dealership. A+ is definitely on the higher-end of the quality spectrum, without the high-end price. The communication was excellent, the cost was reasonable, and they even throw in transportation to/from the shop! Really hard to beat that level of service.Thanks Naeem for helping me out, and I will be bringing my cars here again in the future.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the initial phone conversation, to the speedy call back within 5-10 minutes due to their busyness, to the walk back to my car. I can thank everyone there for exceptional customer service, ESPECIALLY JUSTIN! This company takes it to another level. I was greeted on arrival, and every employee addressed my presence and was genuinely delivering a smile to me. They really do care for you and your car. They did not have time to see my car today, but said if I dropped it off, they were willing to try to squeeze it in at some point. That's exactly what they did! My car is in good shape and they developed a list of recommendations to consider for my car's longevity.

I was impressed with Ricardo's quick customer service and friendly attitude towards his clients. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, and at the end, I received an online report documenting the complete service, along with pictures to help relay information. I enjoyed my experience so much that I now service my other vehicles here as well. I just completed a 30,000 mile inspection for much less than the dealer quoted me. Always so happy to come here. They are very transparent about cost, never push me to do something I don't want to do, and always get the green light from me before doing any work. I usually work with Justin and he really cares that you have a good experience with the shop. I haven't worked as much with the other two people, but they still take the time to welcome me and say hello. I still highly recommend A+. I send people here as much as I can because they really are the best! I've been going here for years and expect to go to them for years to come.
