I recently had a car emergency on a 3 day weekend. They worked me in at the very last minute, made sure I had the car back at the end of the day so I could go to work the next morning. They were practically running between cars to get to everyone. These guys are smart, good at their jobs and thorough. I can say nothing but positive things about them the last 7-8 years I have been going there. Most people are stressed and upset over car issues and they are always professional and helpful.

They guys we practically running between cars to get everyone's done. Rob made sure I had my car for work the next morning. They are kind, professional and helpful towards people who are stressed, upset and under pressure.

My Mazda is getting up there in age, but has to keep us transported for a while longer. That means maintaining it, and so far, the A+ team has been knowledgeable, courteous and reliable in solving issues and problems promptly, communicating well, then following through on a reasonable plan of action. I have a 2002 Subaru Impreza, the check engine light started flashing one night, Never a good thing. I had Lola towed to A+ based on online reviews, and I am not disappointed. I have been working with Justin there. He has been on top of checking in with me, and updating me about Lola's recovery. The honesty from him about everything has been refreshing. A few days after getting Miss Lola back, she started making a weird scary sound when I was turning. I brought her back to Justin, and they worked quickly to get her fixed and back on the road to me. It is nice being able to trust them to take care of your car. and the 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on their work is a great bonus! I am so happy with their service that I will not go anywhere else. Thank you again for taking such good care of my baby!

Have a 1997 Sarurn SL. Replaced sunroof I supplied & the work was excellent. This was in Sept '14. Now they serviced my car for regular maintainice. Found items that needed to be addressed. Explained fully & showed photos of problems. Work was excellent as expected! Please note this is first time did not go to dealer since buying car new in 1997. Will not go anywhere else now! Justin was great coordinating both jobs, always kept me updated. Recommend A+ Japanese everyone!!

My service manager was Justin- fast, friendly, and accommodating service with no BS. Repaired my immediate problems on a 2003 4Runner, and without pressure let me know what I should handle next. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Justin from a+ for a long time and I've always had a great experience when I need urgent or scheduled repairs on my Chevy Tahoe. The pick up and delivery service is very convenient and even if I need a rental they will make sure to coordinate everything quickly.
