I had the pleasure of being introduced to A+ Japanese Auto via the owners when I purchased a used car that needed servicing. Never had I experienced the 5-star customer service that is provided by the team at A+ and especially from Justin Mills! Wow! I had complete faith that "Big Daddy" was being taken care of by professionals who were very mindful of my expenses. All needed repairs were explained and rated in order of necessity so I wasn't faced with an enormous bill. I really appreciated the pictures of those repair areas for validation and approval to proceed. I will always use A+ and will gladly recommend them to my friends and colleagues as the best place in town for your automotive repair needs. You will be amazed at their "Service Excellence"! If I could give A+ Japanese Auto Repair 10+ stars, I certainly would do so ! I can't thank Naeem and Eric enough for the amazing customer service! I went in yesterday for my 60,000 mile service. Naeem said that I wasn't in need of much at this time, so he adjusted the cost of the service -- is that impressive, or what?? I asked if they could handle the Lexus recall and they went out of their way to do that, as well. I not only was impressed with their customer service, honesty and integrity, their garage is absolutely immaculate! It is clear that they take pride not only in the service that they provide, but also in their surroundings. Naeem called when he said that he would call him with an update on my car and he went beyond the call of duty to provide stellar customer service. I couldn't pick up my car until after closing and they made sure that my car was secure and may I add.... beautifully cleaned. Don't be thrown off by the name of the shop -- regardless of what make of vehicle you have, call A+ Japanese Auto Repair to see if they can help you -- you will be glad that you did! I am one happy guyFor a year my 1999 Nissan Quest had an intermittently failing headlight. I brought it to A+ because of the reviews I read here. Because of the car's age the shop had difficulty vids the parts hand they had to keep it for several days. They rented a car for me to drive during the waiting period (no charge for me)! It was a trial and error process, they didn't charge for parts and labor that didn't work, and the final cost was much LOWER than the estimates . I am one happy guy.

I take my car to A+ Japanese Auto for all service needs. Justin Miles is great at explaining the issues and what the recommended fixes are. My car has had numerous service needs since I first dropped it off a few months ago, but Justin and everyone else at A+ Japanese have been very kind and understanding about how I have been feeling about my repeated visits to the shop. You couldn't find a better place to take your car for service and to be helped in every way possible. They coordinate with the manufacturer and extended warranties when needed which is very helpful to the customer. Thank you Justin for all the dedication on resolving the issues with my Maxima and of course, to everyone at A+ Japanese!

If you are anywhere on the Peninsula, A+ Japanese is where you should be taking your car! They are amazing at honestly assessing the problem and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. When my 13 yr old Ford reached the end of it's life, they checked out a used car I was looking at and helped me find a better, more reliable option. My service rep (Naeem) is always super friendly and helpful...I trust A+ completely!

One of the best auto repair shops I have been to in my 18 years of driving. Justin was excellent and took the time to answer my never ending questions even though it was a very busy day. The shuttle service was immediate and very polite. I will definitely come back.

My car was towed to A+ on a Friday night. I left my keys in the drop box. I was hopeful they would have time on Saturday to look at my car but understood they likely were booked. Naeem called me by 7:30am to inform me they had my car and asked some questions. I explained the electrical in my car went out and that the tow truck driver thought I needed a new starter. He informed they might not get to my car until Monday which I was ok with. Less than an hour Naeem called me back and they were working on my car. By 10:30am I was picking my car up! The guys at A+ diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I ended up not needing a new starter. My car charger blew the fuse to my starter! It has been several weeks and the problem hasn't returned.Naeem is professional, courteous and provides excellent customer service. I have referred A+ to several people and will definitely be back for future car issues. Thank you Naeem and A+!

There is no better place for car repair than A+. The knowledge, service, communication, friendliness and smiles are what makes this shop truly an A+ place. The team will do anything in their power to help diagnose and fix any problem your vehicle may have. Being someone who did not know a whole lot about cars, they taught me so much in ways that weren't just spoken in car mumbo-jumbo, which made it much easier for me to understand what was happening to my car, and how they were going to fix it. Having that understanding of what was going on, just makes you much more confident in the people helping fix and solve the problem, and doesn't make you feel like you are getting screwed over by another repair shop. Totally, totally, unexpectedly awesome!I brought my Nissan Murano here when the engine light came on. I also had some regular maintenance and wanted a new key cut (its got a chip in it and can't just be copied at the hardware store). After getting the estimate on the engine work, i decided to forego the key to keep costs down.A+ did something really excellent: They gave me the new key anyway!Service went well too. I am a happy customer and will take my vehicle there again if needed.
