This is a great company (or I wouldn't return for anything). Each person has shown nothing but the best customer service, and my rep (Justin) has always consistently been knowledgeable, thorough, and professional when I've needed help. One thing I really appreciate is, even when he's busy, he takes the time to confirm what it is I feel I need, and he makes suggestions that indicates to me that he is really interested in my welfare, and in providing "quality" assurance. I never am made to feel like he's rushing. Good customer service is very very important to me. In fact, it could be the "deal" breaker. If I felt I uncomfortable in any way, I just wouldn't return nor would I refer A+ Japanese Auto Repair to friends and family as I have been. If every business person/customer service rep showed his (Justin's) kind of professionalism and courtesy, they'd be super busy like A+. Thanks Justin. Nice to know that someone really takes pride in what they are doing. As they say on tv, I'm Convinced, I'm In.
