The team at A+ truly is graded accurately! The customer service is excellent as is the workmanship, which is guaranteed for longer than most repair shops. My only wish list for A+ would be that there is more space for dropping off vehicles! The good news is that they have many customers; the bad news is that there aren't enough spaces to leave your car while checking it in...

These guys are great. Justin provides polite, helpful, and cheerful service, and he actually took me to the car to show me the things that needed to be fixed (and, once I saw it, I knew that it needed to be done). Once I started going here, I never went back to the dealer. Justin communicates with me through phone often, and even through email when requested.

I thought At was professional, communicative, time efficient, and detail-oriented. They also gave me a much better price and warranty than the dealership and the other shop that had just done multiple large repairs on two of my cars. Thank you A+, I will bring my car back to you:)

Great customer service, they get an A+ in communication & great manners! I have to say that if you are on a budget this place might not be the place for you, it is pretty costly. :-( I got half the work that they told me I needed done...and will probably take my car to a friends Mechanic to do the rest because he charges less.

I have had a persistent and mysterious battery issue with my car, and the A+ team has been busy helping me diagnose the problem and make the repairs. When initial repairs did not fully solve the problem, they arranged for an immediate (free) tow and covered additional costs on subsequent repairs. I am incredibly impressed by the customer service, led by my contact NAEEM. I feel like he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep me a happy customer. I will be back.

He's very professional in his phone updates when I've left my car overnight, and always follows-up afterward to make sure everything is in order. Justin has 100% earned my trust when it comes to maintenance recommendations - always explaining, never selling. Trust is invaluable, but A+ also has other great things going for it - decent pricing, their ability to give me a ride home, and weekend hours that accommodate customers but still allow everyone who works there to actually go enjoy their weekend!
