Really friendly and efficient service. I was actually surprised at how wonderful they were on the phone as I checked around Yelp for estimates to replace my front brake pads. Naeem was thorough and honest. Their prices were right in line with another highly rated company, but they threw in some extra services at no charge that saved me over $100, and that really made my day. I didn't feel cheated at all (and don't we usually leave auto shops feeling a little robbed?). Even though it is a little far for me, I will definitely go back because it sure beats dealing with the typical service guys that act like you are either an idiot or bothering them. I had to take my 4 yr old son with me and they were super accommodating to him too. Keep in mind this is a really busy industrial area, so no where to hang out while waiting for the service.

Justin was extremely helpful in addressing my repair immediately. He got everything squared away quickly and for less than the Lexus dealership. Great customer service experience. Another thing I liked was the two year parts guarantee.

Rob is the best!... My car has a problem in the engine, Rob was so honest and professional in determining the problem, and he adviced to follow the best available choices which definitely serving my priorities.

These guys are amazing and always put the customer first. A few months back they did a bunch of front end work at a great price and in discovering some issues with struts I recently had put in at a tire place, worked with me and the other tire place to get the issue resolved. In addition, I called them the other day to see about having some transmission work done on my Nissan and instead of just doing the work and making a few bucks, Justin did some research, realized my transmission was still under warranty due to Nissan extending the warranties on their CVT's and then contacted a local Nissan dealer to see about getting the work done. My car is currently at Nissan having the transmission replaced under warranty. These guys have a customer for life.

Very quick and straightforward. Gave me lots of discounts along the way, which made total cost reasonable, especially given the location. Would gladly go again.

Love these guys; my car loves these guys. My car is 12 years old and they keep it running smooth and efficient. I have been taking my car there for several years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend A+Japanese. I have been having a lot of issues with my house and was a little depressed. They gave me wind shield wipers and washed my car…..what a day brightener!
