I am just blown away by the service I receive at A+...Justin is quite possibly the most patient, thoughtful and respectful person I have dealt this in a very long time...The quality of service from the shop matches the quality of customer service I receive from the front desk(s)..All in all, a TOP NOTCH operation!

These folks know their stuff and run a great shop. Rob had a smile in his voice every time we spoke. He took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable with their process. I brought my mother in laws 16 yr old Toyota Camry in for a tune up as a surprise for her. I'm not sure it had ever been tuned up. Rob did a great job identifying any and all issues, sent me pictures sony could see things myself and helped me prioritize them - including all safety items. A+ Japanese Auto was fantastic to deal with. Very reasonably priced AND they offer 24 mo. Guarantee on all their work! Highly recommended!!!

Work that was done was corrected

Justin did an excellent job as my Customer Service Advisor when I got my car serviced at A+ Japanese on 1/12/15! After an initial inspection, he communicated my car's condition clearly and effectively before doing any additional work. He also gave me detailed service options to improve its performance, which I appreciated. This was my second time going to A+ Japanese (after years of bringing it to the dealer) and both times Justin assisted me. In addition, they provided me with prompt shuttle service both for drop off and pick up, which made scheduling my appointment much more convenient. I'll definitely bring my car back there next time. I give Justin and the staff at A+ Japanese my highest recommendation.

A+ Japanese certainly has won over our business. They are courteous, professional and very cool. They front desk staff is accommodating with schedules and ride service and very pleasant to work with. Their mechanics are thorough and trustworthy. I am most pleased with the work they have preformed in the last few years, especially keeping my older car going at 354K miles on it. We are lucky to have found them!

These guys have very good customer service approach and pleasant attitude. I was in the area looking to have a tire with a hole in it repaired, they took me in doing their best to help me and prove that they give their best customer service possible. They did a free glance of the car, found the tire is not replacable, and swapped to the spare all for free. I would give them 5 stars, but feel like I am biased because they gave me free service. I may upgrade to 5 stars if paying service gets the same or even better level of attention and ease. One thing I note for sure is these independent shops usually you feel like they just want you in and out and hope not to see you again, but these guys really look like they want to make sure everyone is satsified with their services. If only I wasn't in the area I would consider using them as my non-dealer alternative for my car needs.
