Another update...I drive an Infinity G 35 and realized my front tires were wearing abnormally and the uneven wear was excessive; this needed immediate attention. I needed new tires and a wheel alignment. I normally buy my tires at Costco. I called A Plus and talked with Justin one of the service representatives at A Plus to schedule a wheel alignment, thinking I would then go buy my tires at Costco. Justin was very good in getting me scheduled for a wheel alignment the next day. Justin asked me where I was getting my tires and when I explained Costco because of price, as these are high end/expensive tires, Justin said let me see if we can match or beat the Costco price. Bingo! A Plus quoted me the same price or perhaps a few dollars less than Costco. Took my car in the next morning. New tires, wheel alignment, all done in one morning with one visit. Great service, quality work, competitive price. Done on time as promised. As the saying goes, "what's not to like".

Just before Christmas, the red engine light went on and I looked at reviews of auto repair shops on Yelp. I called Justin at A+ and took the car in the next day. After a diagnostic check, he explained the repairs and cost (which was 1/2 of the dealer's estimate). I left my car for several days until the dealer could locate and deliver the part and even though the cost of the part was higher than originally quote, A+ stood by their original estimate. Justin and the overall service was great and even though I live 25 miles away, I will return for future service to my car.

The staff was very friendly, I was in a bit of a hurry to get a used car i was thing of buying checked out and they were very accommodating. Justin was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here for checkups and maintenance on my vehicles.

I've been a client of A+Japanese for close to ten years.They were taking very good care of my previous car Mazda MPV and now I'm bringing my new Nissan Pathfinder to them. This is the most reliable and professional auto repair I've ever met. They are taking care of everything - not only the car repair. They will tell you if something could be done under warranty and will call vendor mechanic for you to explain the problem. If you don't have anyone to help they will bring you in to get your car or drive you back when you are leaving it for repair.I absolutely recommend A+Japanese Auto Repair for everyone who loves driving without any problem.THANK YOU VERY MUCH, GUYS!

This is a great company (or I wouldn't return for anything). Each person has shown nothing but the best customer service, and my rep (Justin) has always consistently been knowledgeable, thorough, and professional when I've needed help. One thing I really appreciate is, even when he's busy, he takes the time to confirm what it is I feel I need, and he makes suggestions that indicates to me that he is really interested in my welfare, and in providing "quality" assurance. I never am made to feel like he's rushing. Good customer service is very very important to me. In fact, it could be the "deal" breaker. If I felt I uncomfortable in any way, I just wouldn't return nor would I refer A+ Japanese Auto Repair to friends and family as I have been. If every business person/customer service rep showed his (Justin's) kind of professionalism and courtesy, they'd be super busy like A+. Thanks Justin. Nice to know that someone really takes pride in what they are doing. As they say on tv, I'm Convinced, I'm In.

My daughter's car starter went bad on the way back to college. Found these guys on Yelp and they were incredibly helpful replacing the starter and battery within one day so she could get back. Price was reasonable and their communication was excellent for a repair shop. Wish they were near us so we could always use them.

On Christmas even(Dec. 24, 2014) I had major problems with the electrical system on my Honda Accord. Every shop was closed. Finally I found A+ at 1:00 in the afternoon. I was amazed to find Justin Mills who was a service manager at a majordealership. Within seconds of describing the problem Justin immediately knew what the problem was. "Wait a minute, I think I can get the part". He called, the part was available, it took about an hour for the part to arrive, and by 2:30 the car was ready and the problem was solved. On Christmas eve! All at the mosr reasonable price. I have known Justin for years and find him to be the most competent, helpful, professional and courteous service manager. A+ gets an A+. Thanks Justin, you are terrific. Keep it up!

Honest, thorough, professional, and courteous are the words that immediately come to mind when I consider the service I had performed yesterday on my 2010 CX-9 at 50,000 miles. I came here after feeling like the dealership was trying to sell me extra things on every visit. I was surprised in that a couple of hours after I dropped off the car, I received photos of things they were working on - it enabled me to track the key items that were being ID'd as possible problems, and it documented their analysis of the car. Very cool. At the end of the day, the prices were also super reasonable - be sure to grab the Yelp deal before you go. I have now found my go-to shop for my Mazda. Happy New Year to A+.
