All I can say is, WOW, WOW, WOW! I had Rob help me with an issue I was having regarding my tires and rims. I had gone to Pep Boys down the street and let them know what "I thought" the problem was. To be honest with you, I know nothing about cars and they should of asked me to look at the car instead of telling me, "no we don't do anything with fixing rims." So I left, went on yelp, and called A+ and spoke to Rob. Immediately from when he picked up he was super courteous and listened then gave me options of what I should do and suggested I come in. He greeted me with a warm genuine smile and went out to take a look and said I had a hole in my tire. He looked up prices and gave me an estimate and said I can try to find out if I had a warranty with Pep Boys because I had gotten my tires from them originally. So I left and went back to Pep Boys and was greet by a guy at the desk that said, "what do you need," I was pissed that he said that. They couldn't help me with my warranty because I had the service done in NJ. I called NJ which the lady over the phone was nice but they could not find my records. I could not stand the way I was being treated and the price of a tire that was similar was about 30 dollars more then what Rob estimated for me. Rob initially said to me, "I want to help you regardless if you get the tire with us or them," that was truly was impressive to not try to reel me in right then and there. So I went out and got abused by Pep Boys and came running back to A+ auto because of their true professionalism and their genuine customer service. I am extremely impressed and wish it was like this everywhere but it's not so with that said, I will keep coming back!
