People have recommened A+ and now I can see why. The level of customer service is superior. The courtesy and professionalism of Justin Mills was outstanding. All repairs were explained as well as cost of them before anything was done. So hard to find a repair shop that doesn't have "hidden costs", and one that treats you such respect. Well, now I have! Frankly, car repairs are always something of a painful experience for me. But, as usual, Eric and Rob did everything possible to help me make my decision and to make sure the price was affordable--even for parts that were well past warranty. I picked up my car last night, right on schedule, and I have to say that it's phenomenal how well it's running--even with over 200,000 miles on it. I love the security of dealing with the A+ team!

Not only did they repair my car and guaranteed the work, they were also kind enough to help me find another vehicle until me car was done. They advised which were the most important repairs so I wouldn't go out of my budget. Great customer service and my car is working great!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I couldn't be more grateful to A+--once again, you've earned an A+ from me! Yes, my car needed a lot more work than I'd expected, and with as many miles as I've driven it, I was wondering if it was finally time to give it up. But between Eric and Rob, my decision and the whole process turned out as smooth and painless as I could ever imagine. They walked me through the options, and Eric bent over backwards so I could afford the repairs--especially since the warranty had expired long ago. When I picked her up last night, she was running better than ever! How great is that!!! Thank you Eric, Rob and your team of talented mechanics--and Happy Holidays to you all!

These guys are awesome! Naeem provided the best customer service! From the first phone call he was courteous and always very helpful! I got an inspection and quote from them on a used car. Very thorough! The owner walked me through what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even refunded work they didn't think was required with my visit! On the day I scheduled the work, again Naeem was very courteous and communicated with me through the whole day. He made arrangements for transportation for the day and provided me updates and an ETA throughout. Our driver to the train station and back was also very courteous and kind making sure my children were safe in the vehicle. Their quote was right on and they even did some other minor things I requested. Naeem made himself available via email if any issues came up after my repair. They really take care of you and your vehicle here. They are very transparent and I didn't question any of their recommendations and expertise. I will be taking my car there every time. I don't mind commuting here from the East Bay. It's worth the piece of mind that my vehicle will be taken care of properly. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Not sure why I haven't been here before. Let's start with:Calling for an apt: I was able to speak to Justin who set me up with an appointment. His level of customer service is excellent.Dropping my Car off: Needed my seat power/adjuster fixed & decided to get a Fall special done to my car. Which was badly needed. I dropped my car off & Justin arranged for rental car to pick me up. Process was seamless. Update on my car: the Photo service was freggin cool & once my car was thoroughly checked, Justin went through each & every step in precise order. On what needed to be done now & what could wait. Which I appreciated. As a girl going into a mechanic, it's always un-nerving since you are pretty sure you will be roped into getting stuff done that really doesn't need it. However driving my car for the next couple of days, I noticed a difference in performance. It was like she was brand new. This is the first time in 3 decades of my driving/getting my car fixed I didn't feel uncomfortable with the information/level of service I received. I highly recommend taking your car in. They are a bunch of great guys, making sure you get what you pay for with excellent service.

It was my first time bringing my car to this shop, and I was satisfied with my experience. I worked with Naeem and he was very courteous and friendly. I thought the estimate he gave me was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need after inspecting my car. They even gave me a free car wash afterwards. The only minor problem with this place is that they don't have a waiting lounge and there aren't many places around to hang out to wait. They do provide shuttle service though.

Wow! So my car didn't start up on yesterday and I didn't know what to do.. my normal car repair place located in San Mateo is normally closed on Saturdays, so of course I went on yelp to find the closest most highly rated repair shop open... to my delight, I found A+, and my 2003 Honda Accord was happy I did. I got to work with Justin, the most proactive, catering customer service advisor I have EVER had the pleasure with dealing with. If you are looking for a place to really take care of you, call A+. First of all, he had coordinated getting a tow truck out to my place to retrieve our car. Since yesterday was the first Saturday of Bay Area rain, there was a bit of a delay but none to the fault of A+.. Justin was continually checking in, calling to ensure the tow truck service had called me, was enroute, had picked up my car... etc. It was a customer service experience that I have never had! Not only was A+ just a 10 minute walk from the San Carlos Caltrain station, pick-up was a breeze as well. I was able to use the yelp deal on my service and the price for the tow service & battery replacement was lower than I expected.. a win-win! Don't hesitate to bring your car into A+, you won't be let down!
