I was told by a car dealer that my car needed tires, brakes and a couple other items. The work was going to be quite costly. Before blindly spending, I took my car to A+ to get a second opinion.Justin from A+ provided outstanding customer service! (I can highly recommend Rob, too.)I got tires and an alignment for half of what the dealer was going to charge me for tires alone. And, the brakes that needed to be replaced were at 60% (still good, not time to replace)!!! So, I'll be going back to A+ to do my brakes (when the time is right). We also spaced out the other items. This was much better than paying a ton of money to the dealer all at once.The holidays can get expensive. I appreciate not being overcharged...especially in December! Thank you very much, A+!!!

My husband and I stumbled on this shop about a year ago when our car broke down. Our car needed it's engine replaced and while they weren't the best price quoted from the 6-7 shops we looked into, it was clear from very early on that their costumer service would be superior to their competitors. Since then, we've become loyal clients for everything related to our car.Their repairs are timely and their staff is very communicative, eager and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your car, their service, or parts.Justin, our primary point of contact is friendly and professional, efficient, and considerate.Growing up, I was taught that it's good to make friends with your butcher and your mechanic. In this case, we've definitely starting building a friendship with Justin and I look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come!

They fit me in last minute. They were very very courteous and polite the whole time. They gave me a good deal and it was good service. I would highly recommend coming here.

Amazing experience. I don't recall a better one at an auto shop. Rob and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and positive on the phone. When I got there, they sat me down, we spoke briefly and I was out the door ASAP with all the information I needed.Rob then called after the diagnostics and patiently explained everything to me before emailing over all the information in line-item format. Very diligent with everything that they do, prices are great and the work was exceptional.I'm glad my car broke down near their location. Otherwise, I may not have found my now go-to place for everything automotive.

Took my car in without an appointment today because of a slow leak in one tire. Rainy day at the end of the week seemed like a busy time but they squeezed me in. Not knowing my plans for the day, they offered me a fast/cheap fix or a more durable fix which would take a little longer and cost a little more. I opted for the latter. I thought I would have to wait a bit because of the no appointment thing. But they finished in an hour, tossed in some holiday cheer because I am a returning customer, and I went home happy. This is my preferred shop for Nissan repairs.

The service here is SUPER top notch! Justin helped me from beginning to end and I couldn't have asked for a better auto repair experience. Justin was really honest and a pleasure to work with! Thank you for repairing my last minute coolant thermostat on the same day and doing everything possibly to get my car finished sooner. A+ Japanese Auto Repair = 5 stars all the way

My 2009 Sienna rear wheels caused lots of noise when driving around 50+ mph. Toyota 101, Coatco, and Las Schawb tire center all could not figire out what's really wrong initially after cost me hours of waiting. Lucky enough recommended by one of A+ loyal customers Paul, I came to A+, hopefully figuring out what's really wrong and get fixed in a reasonable price soon. A+ quickly found out what's the problem and fixed it next day. It is $150 cheaper than Las Schwab tire center price quote. Justin did excellent customer services job, made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. I will do my next oil change maintenance here again.

Rob helped me out and he was super approachable and friendly. I called him the day before and asked for an appointment, and he gave me a quote and told me to come in the morning. I came in to do the 5K / 6 months service for my car, and service was pretty quick (or at least quicker than I expected). I came in at 8am and they finished at 9am. Also, he quoted me incorrectly and gave me a lower quote because he thought my car didn't take synthetic oil. However, he still charged me that same low quote and gave me synthetic oil anyways!Great service overall.

I had an issue with my brake master cylinder and Justin and A+ took care of me to the VIP level. After multiple failed attempts to obtain the correct replacement part, A+ did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop and making sure I was taken care of from a safety point of view and ensured I had temporary transportation while it was getting fixed. I was thrilled with the level of service and knock on wood that the issue is resolved and gone for good.
