The other weekend I had someone take a bat to my driver side window and then they decided to tear off my drive side view mirror as well. The window I was able to get fixed right away but the mirror had to wait (since it was found on a Sat). I checked yelp for close by businesses near my work and I found really great reviews with A+ Auto. I am really glad that I checked yelp! So thank you reviewers for finding me a new auto body shop. I feel like now a days it is hard to find a good place to bring in your car that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. The prices were very reasonable and within my budget too (I have an 97 Toyota Camry so I didn't want to spend how much the car was bought for). I worked with Rob and he is excellent! He shopped around for my mirror and gave me options. I like options! I also had some issues dealing with my tires and well I needed new tires because mine were so bad where I was basically a danger on the road. Rob told me truthfully what needed to be done and he also called around for tire prices and found me a nice deal! So within that 1 day they were able to fix my side view mirror (replacing the whole thing because the wiring was screwed up in my old one) and also putting on 4 brand new tires. The thing that I liked more about coming here besides the awesome service and great job they did on my car is that Rob took the time to explain to me why my tires were so bad, what my problem areas are and what needed to be done now and what could wait. The other places I've been to would just do it . Rob drew me a diagram so I could visually see and know what he was talking about (its how I learn too so it was very helpful!). I was also provided pictures of my car which they emailed to me and Rob also explained why the pictures were taken. In addition, I was able to leave my car there for the whole day and not have to worry about how to get back to work/the auto shop because they had a shuttle service! I talked to Eric on my way back to the shop and he was very nice and genuine and asked about my life which was nice and refreshing. If you are in the area I would come here. Everyone there is nice, they take their time, they are honest and well it didn't just feel like a business transaction. I will come back here again. I am so happy to have found this gem!

We've been working with Justin since we bought this most recent car and he has been so great and helpful! I totally trust him and he has only proven himself again and again. He's taken such good care of us and kept my son's car humming. We're only bringing our cars here from now on. I honestly love these guys, but Justin in particular is fantastic!

Another update... as I told Rob Lucas the Service Mgr. and Eric Sevim the owner today, my only complaint is that Yelp does not allow for six stars. :-)Took our Nissan Altima in today for a routine oil change and as always, prompt, very courteous service and fair/competitive prices. The mechanic was finishing up our car and he noticed one of the bulbs in our third/center brake light was out. They pointed out the non working brake light and replaced the bulb, no charge. Replacing a brake light bulb is not the point; it's the fact they took the time, interest to replace it as these folks are VERY thorough. If you care about your car and want honest and comprehensive work done then I would definitely take it to these folks.

Attention to my appointment, even though it was 'just routine', and all the costs were clearly spelled out. On the a.m. writeup, he had forgotten to note that my car would require synthetic oil, which would have been an extra. So I was not charged for the difference, since it had been his oversight. A small thing, but typical.

Thank you Justin for the great customer service you provided me with at A+ Japanese Auto Repair. I had a G20 with 207K and he had the technicians do a full evaluation on the car. They sent pics of the "problems" within 24 hours of me dropping off the car. He then followed up with giving me an honest opinion on the pros and cons for fixing or not fixing each of the problems. We went through with the fixes, and driving the car, I could definitely feel the improvements in handling. I'll definitely be bringing back my other cars for service here.

I am a local contractor. Very busy and I count on my truck to really make me money. Well my engine went out. I brought it into Justin at A plus. I was worried about how long i would be without my truck. Long story short I got a new engine ordered and installed in about a week.Justin gave me a few options before I chose to just replace it.Justin kept me up to date sometimes twice a day and my truck was ready on time.I would recommend A+ to my friends and anyone looking for a NO B.S. experience.

I took my Honda Civic Hybrid to A+ for a battery problem, and they did a thorough job of diagnosing it, leading eventually to getting the hybrid battery replaced under warranty at no cost to me. I was impressed with the courtesy, the service (including offering to arrange a great deal on a rental car if I needed one), and the overall professionalism. Justin, many thanks!By the way, when I had the car towed there by AAA, the driver knew A+ immediately and said, "Great place!" I couldn't agree more.

Short summary: We had a superb experience with Justin for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a used Lexus we were considering. Overall it was an incredibly smooth process. Justin was great at keeping us looped in on all the relevant details throughout the process. Detailed summary: Hubby called in Friday morning to make an appt for a prepurchase inspection (PPI). Justin was friendly and helpful, and we were able to get an appt for the same day. The dealership drove our car there. When the car arrived, Justin called with an update and an estimated completion time. Two hours later, Justin called to walk me through all the results which were held confidential between us and A+. He also called the dealership to arrange for the car to be picked up. In terms of the PPI: They do an inspection prior to driving the car, then take the car for a spin, and then reinspect afterwards. In addition, if there are concerns, they fully document everything with photos. In conclusion: I couldn't have imagined a smoother process. Justin was very thorough and well-priced compared to other PPIs we've done in the past. And solid communication on top of that!
