I just needed and early in-and-out oil change on my Prius. Rob Lucas was very accommodating an helpful and got me out within 45 min of admitting my car.

Patrick, we are glad we made the oil change appointment accommodating and helpful! FYI... we have hired a new lube tech and installed a new service rack which has cut our oil change appointment times down to 30 minutes with an appointment. These guys know their stuff! They are Toyota Land Cruiser experts! I had a couple of issues w/ my 80rig, that the local mechanic guy just couldn't figure it out! I decided to take it to the experts, even though they are like 35 miles from my house! I told them what was wrong. They worked on the first problem of my bad faulty MAF and fixed that no issues. The second issue was more tedious and took a while to figure out. After the re-wiring of my main wiring harness, my 80 now runs like a champ! The engine runs so smooth now.

This place is fabulous! All I had to do is call them and make arrangements to drop off my car for an oil change. Then they had a driver to take me back home. When the car was ready, they called me and made arrangements to pick me up (AGAIN) and drive me back to the dealer so I could pick up my car. PERIOD. AND, always with a warm smile and thanking me for their business. I'm a loyal customer and will tell anybody who will listen to me.B.Kalman

The car wash was a really nice touch. I thought I needed just an oil change. Also had to replace a part that wasn't very expensive. I thought sluggishness was due to age but the car drives better now! Can't believe other mechanics hadn't noticed.

A+ Japanese Auto was great. My son who drives our 2007 Honda Civic complained about the brakes squeaking. The last time we took the car into the dealership last summer they stated that the front brakes pads ha 3-4 mm of life left so I assumed we needed new brakes. After A+ performed a thorough inspection on the brakes they said the car still had 6mm left on the pads and the pads did not need changing. This saved us $215 + so we were pleased. Since the car was in the shop they recommended we change out the power steering fluid, which we did. They also honored the $25 coupon for labor for labor work over $125.

Finally an auto place that I feel I can trust when it comes to giving my car that A1 TREATMENT. Nieem was super helpful in giving me all the info I needed as well as giving me an accurate estimate over the phone. NIEEM's customer service was top of the line as well as the other guys in the office. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I knew exactly how the process worked. When it comes to honesty, a fast turnaround, and great customer service I highly recommend this place!!! I will def be coming bk!!!

I brought my 2006 Toyota Higlander in a few weeks ago - has 99k miles and never had any work done except for oil changes. I knew it was time for timing belt change. Justin Mills went over the car thoroughly and recommended a few other maintenance items such as a new battery/alternator. I decided the battery/alternator could wait. One week later, on a friday afternoon, my battery light went on. I called Justin and he did not hesitate to tell me to come right in. I barely made it there before my car died. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO JUSTIN !!Needless to say I will be a faithful client of A+Japanes. They are great, helpful, friendly and knowledgable
