I have been a regular customer for quite a few years and I have never been disappointed by the efforts of all concerned to make car care so easy and affordable. I have recommened A+ to all of my friends and family. I want to share a quote that Rob said to me recently that sums up the experience of A+. I was unable to pick up my car when I said I would and I told Rob that I was very sorry and could he please keep it overnight. His response, " Please don't apologize, WE work for YOU!" That seems to be the general attitude from everyone at A+ (of course Rob has always made me feel special, and I have never felt like I was just one more car among many.) Do yourself and your car a favor and make A+ your "go-to" for car care!

They're attention to the car is impressive. I didn't notice anything wrong with my steering or suspension. They did and I was thrilled driving home, it was like a brand new car. I had to wait a few days for them to get the parts and being from the east bay, they worked with me so that I didn't have to skip too many beats between work and home. They were very understanding and I'm glad my car was under their highly capable hands. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car. See you in a few months!

As always Justin Miles meets and exceeds the needs of someone who has to get in and get out. I have been coming to Justin prior to his joining A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Thanks to everyone there who works on my car and does it quickly and efficiently. Great job!

Went in for a routine service. The able technician at A+ Japanese Auto Repair discovered a gouge in one of my tires, extremely dirty air filters (particularly the one for cleaning the cabin air), and spotted the fact that my cloudy headlights needed buffing on my first-generation Prius. All services were performed to the highest standard. Moreover, when I was setting up my appointment, my car was blocking another vehicle in the parking lot and Eric graciously moved it. Thank you, A+!
