Good people, Great service!

Went to A+ Auto with two torn cv boots on my 2006 Outback. While it was in I had the rest of the car checked out. They found two oil leaks, took care of a timing belt change and serviced the front brakes. Excellent customer service. Their service advisor Justin was great with making me feel confident that the repairs and servicing would be done the right way. The car is running like new again.

For the last 10 years I have been working with Justin Mills at Chevy Boardwalk until recently he transfered to A+ Japanese Auto Repair. I knew I wanted to continue working with Justin because he took such great car of my car for all big or small repairs, so it was a no brainer to follow him when he was transferred to A+. I came in for a flat tire, A+ was able to send a tow truck at no cost to me. They switched out the flat and put a spare on, then I came to the shop itself. Therr I met Rob, the service manager who was also great at what he does, very knowledgeable and even entertained my one year old daughter with a toy he had on his desk. They already had my new tire waiting for me and switched it out for me while I waited at Starbucks, which the free shuttle took me to and picked me up from without any hassle. I definitely would take my car to A+ for any repairs, for any type of car. They have great customer service and a family feel vibe. Ask for Justin, he's great!

I think I just found the Crème de la Crème of Auto Repair Shops... they have awesome deals, fit me in within a day, recognized and acknowledged me from our email communications, remembered me from my last appointment 4 months ago, drove me to and from work, AND to top it all off... WASHED MY CAR. Best customer service ever.

Always such a great experience. Justin is such a great addition to their wonderful team. Everyone there is always so friendly and very thorough with everything going on with your vehicle. Once you take your vehicle there I guarantee you will never want to take it anywhere else. I have always been extremely picky on who I take my car to and my husband even worse with his truck, but they have completely won us over. Thank you again for your wonderful service!

Some days just make a girl wanna shave off all her hair, dangle babies off balconies, and walk around gas station bathrooms shoeless... but then she finds herself in a most exceedingly wonderful customer service experience from an auto repair shop and suddenly the idea of wearing shoes in a gas station bathroom doesn't seem like such a bad idea anymore. Thank you A+ Japanese Auto Repair for having an amazing staff of people that fixed more than just my car... thanks for fixing my day! Edit: Just realized that THEY ALSO WASHED MY CAR... If I had known, I wouldn't have spent 20 minutes trying to ghetto wash the splotches of bird poo off with napkins and a half dranken bottle of Dasani beforehand (It's hard to find a hose living in the city)...

This was my second round at A+ for a Summer Service, which was great. They also caught a problem with the brakes and I am grateful for this.Once again, they were totally professional, did everything on schedule and on time, picked me up and dropped me off with courtesy and it was again...a triple AAA experience at A+.If you have a Japanese model car, take it here.

I needed an urgent repair. Despite the fact that everybody else seemed to descend upon A+ on July 3rd, the service manager (Rob) did everything he could possibly do - and then some - to accommodate me and had the car fixed and ready to go the day after July 4th.Great job, guys! And thanks!
