I have been using A+ for more than 3 years now and have found them to be fair, knowledgable and professional. My 9 year old car is in top condition thanks to them. The other reviewers do a great job describing this business, employees and owners. You will not be disappointed.
5/18/2011 UPDATEOK, the very next morning, after I posted the review on 5/16/11, Rob phoned me at 7:30 AM to apologize for the poor service the day before. He went out of his way to find replacement parts and provide a reasonable price for all the repairs and tire replacements. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars to reflect the great service I got the next day. I will update again after I get my car back.5/16/2011 I seem to get the same excuse for poor service every time I go here. "I'm on my own today, the other guy is out sick." I fell for it the first couple of times but when Rob pulled that crap again today I should have just left. Rob has a great personality and when you finally do get his attention he is a clear and cheerful communicator. I think they do a great job on my car and that their prices are fair. But I am truly pissed off that NO ONE got back to me today to tell me what is wrong with my car and how much it will cost. So I am basically without a ride and have no idea for how long.That sucks.
