customer service with exemplary the diagnostic was done extremely quick. They were able to get me back on the road safe and sound. the owner actually diagnose my car! thank you for helping me in my time of need.

I called and spoke with Rob after not being able to get a call back from the service Departments at either of the Mitsubishi dealerships left on the peninsula. I described the warning light that had come on, as well as other maintenance issues. Rob arranged for me to drop the car off and provided a complimentary rental car. All of the work was completed in just two days, and at a very fair price. Rob continued to communicate with me through the repair process & kept me informed. I am please at not only the quality and timeliness of the work performed on my car, but am truly impressed with the service and thoughtfulness of the entire staff. This was my first visit... but certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair to anyone looking for fair pricing, great quality and the best service ever!

So this time you guys saved my life by discovering my rear brake cylinder had exploded and I was essentially driving on my front disc brakes. So I must give you an excellent, as usual! And thank you for the car rental, too. Carmen

It was such an easy experience to work with A+. They picked up my car and dropped it back off at work for me, it only took 5 minutes out of my day. I feel like the prices are somewhere in the middle between the cheeapest repair/oil changers and the dealers. I just got some maintenance service taken care of here and I would definitely go back again, especially with their pickup and dropoff service.

Check engine light fix. Justin was great, went above and beyond to help me work through the process. Great customer service and my car passed smog as promised. Very happy and already recommending to friends. Why go anywhere else?

Good Service

These guys are consistently great. Rob always takes care of me and is awesome and the best customer service person anywhere. Recently I had a flat tire, it couldn't be fixed and Rob had me on my way in 30 minutes. He tracked down a replacement tire and had me in and out the next business day. Great job team!
