This place was recommended to me by friends. We've used them for the past 2 years for our cars and always been happy with the service. They're responsive, honest and very customer-oriented. But my last experience with them was the most telling. This weekend, I broke my tail light. I called the Honda dealership because I thought it would be faster for them to have the part and replace it and I knew their shuttle would get me to my office (I had just been there the week before for a recall). Mistake. They said it would take a week to get the part from Iowa! A week? Then they said the part was in stock in another Honda dealership and I should call them. So I did. And it wasn't. They also quoted me a week to get the part. So I called A+ Japanese. Kory said they don't carry parts in stock, but would research it and call me back. Within 10mn, I had a voicemail saying that they would have the part by noon and their shuttle could take me to my office. They didn't want to waste my time so they called me exactly when it came in. I drove there and they replaced it during their lunch hour and I was out of there in less than 45mn. A+ Japanese located a Honda part faster than 2 Honda dealerships (and for less $). 3hrs vs. 1 week. Impressive!
