Amazing customer service. Friendly, knowledgable service advisor who reviewed all proposed fixes with me, and created a plan in case I wanted to do the repairs in stages. He followed up every day with me on progress, arranged transpor to and from the train station and was very flexible about when I could pick the car up. Everything was done around my schedule.The repairs were first rate and done in less than three business days. My car drives like it did the day I got it (110k miles ago). I d totally recommend this place to any Lexus owner.

Rob, and everyone at A+, were more than helpful with the service to my car. It may be too soon to make a judgement call on repair work done to my brakes, but so far so good.

I appreciated Steve and the team's polite and patient interaction and work on my car. They really looked out for my best interest by getting additional info. from the manufacturer and trying to minimize the cost to me. The office is very neat and efficient. The shuttle service was great!

I went to A+ because my friend at work recommended them and they are very close to where I work. The work they did was very good but also they wanted me to be happy with my visit. I did have a question regarding my bill but they took the time and adjusted some things to make sure I was happy....not to many places will do that. I would recommend them.John

I have been taking my car to A+ Japanese for several years now. I brought my car in for a routine checkup and they discovered several things that needed attention. I left with a bill much larger than I had expected, but my car is driving like a dream!! I am grateful for the thoroughness and care that everyone at A+ Japanese takes in maintaining my car.

I have been back to A+ Japanese a few times over the last year - check engine light, broken wiper, transmission & brake flush. Can't say enough about their customer service. I worked most recently with Kory Stendell who was super friendly and communicated really well during each repair updating me on the status along the way. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction and in a timely matter. I should also mention that I moved to Oregon in Nov 2012 but always aim to bring my car by A+ Japanese when I am in town to get any necessary service done.

I should also mention that I moved to Oregon in Nov 2012 but always aim to bring my car by A+ Japanese when I am in town to get any necessary service done.

My first visit and so far very satisfied. They got the work done as promised, slighty under quote (when does that happen?), and great communication. My 6 year old Mazda 3 is now driving like it is brand new!

I took my car to A+ for an oil change, windshield replacement and because I had noticed a slightly vibrating in my steering wheel when driving at freeway speeds. My tech was Paul and I worked with Eric in the front office. Turned out that I needed a bearing and hub replaced on my front left tire, my front brakes needed to be replaced and my back brakes were dirty. I was a little stunned by all the work that needed to be done to my car and was dreading how much all this work was going to cost me. I had a number in mind (that I didn't share with them) and the final cost turned out to be right in line with that price. What I really appreciate about A+ is that they take the time to explain things to me, as a woman it can be really.... I guess awkward is the best word... to go into an auto shop and try to explain what is going on with your car and have a good understanding of what the techs diagnose. Too often I have felt that the techs in other shops felt that they were wasting their time explaining the repairs to me, I don't like to speculate, but I felt that if I were a man, I wouldn't have been treated that way by other shops. I felt that the explanation I received from Paul and Eric helped me understand more about the parts of my car and will help me in the future when it comes time for more repair work. Paul even showed/explained to me the work that was going to be done on my car prior to the repairs. And at no point did I feel that they thought they were wasting their time explaining things to me or answering my questions. It was comforting.Additionally they checked my oil and determined that it was still clean and could probably go another couple months before it needed to be changed, I appreciated the fact that they didn't do an unnecessary service.
