This was my 3rd visit to A+Japanese and as always it was a good experience; friendly, honest, and thorough. When I leave I feel secure that my car is safe and sound. I love the photos and comments on my email. It helps me to understand any problems that have occurred. Everything is explained, as to work needed by a personal phone call. Shuttle service is a plus when no ride is available. I would recommend A+Japanese without hesitation.

Got a flat tire when I was around the area. so looked up the closest place open at 730 in the morning and found this place. They were really quick and polite and made the process as stress-free as possible.

Great service, super easy to deal with. I worked with Justin who helped diagnose my car's electrical problem and had everything tested both before and after the fix to make sure they were getting it correct. Justin was very friendly and kept me fully up to date on estimates/prices.

Went to A+ Auto with two torn cv boots on my 2006 Outback. While it was in I had the rest of the car checked out. They found two oil leaks, took care of a timing belt change and serviced the front brakes. Excellent customer service. Their service advisor Justin was great with making me feel confident that the repairs and servicing would be done the right way. The car is running like new again.

For the last 10 years I have been working with Justin Mills at Chevy Boardwalk until recently he transfered to A+ Japanese Auto Repair. I knew I wanted to continue working with Justin because he took such great car of my car for all big or small repairs, so it was a no brainer to follow him when he was transferred to A+. I came in for a flat tire, A+ was able to send a tow truck at no cost to me. They switched out the flat and put a spare on, then I came to the shop itself. Therr I met Rob, the service manager who was also great at what he does, very knowledgeable and even entertained my one year old daughter with a toy he had on his desk. They already had my new tire waiting for me and switched it out for me while I waited at Starbucks, which the free shuttle took me to and picked me up from without any hassle. I definitely would take my car to A+ for any repairs, for any type of car. They have great customer service and a family feel vibe. Ask for Justin, he's great!

I think I just found the Crème de la Crème of Auto Repair Shops... they have awesome deals, fit me in within a day, recognized and acknowledged me from our email communications, remembered me from my last appointment 4 months ago, drove me to and from work, AND to top it all off... WASHED MY CAR. Best customer service ever.
