San Carlos Auto Repair

It was the first time for me and my car to see a mechanic on the peninsula but it was a good experience. They are very friendly,I got an appointment the same day, they organized a rental car for me, they communicated very clearly what was necessary to repair at once and what not and were very fast in getting all done. All right, in the end I paid a fortune but as I told, my car almost saw a mechanic the first time.

Good prices, certified mechanics, and a great staff, I was glad I went to A+. I am neurotic about maintenance and always use the dealership. But this time I was told it would be 3 weeks until they could see me for a 30K service, from both the nearest dealers, so I went looking for a place that looked like it could be trusted. A+ took my appointment the next day, showed me pictures of things they had inspected, and my adviser was friendly and informative. I'm glad I went.

I have been going to A+ for years. They are professional in every way. From setting up the right type of service to keeping me aware of everything they suggest along the way. I highly recommend them. My car is in their hands and I'm confident they'll take care of it as if it was their own.

A+ Auto is simply the most responsive, most consistent, best car service experience ever. I'm almost regretting not buying another Japanese car... They're the absolute best.

Can't say enough about the customer service and overall great experience at A+. Car repairs can be daunting and A+ (thank you, Naeem!) goes above and beyond to explain and advise. I have and will continue to refer people here.

Excellent costumer service, Justin explained what needed to be done in detail and kept us posted of the progress. The car looks like new! The shuttle service was very convenient, thank you!

I brought my old 1995 BMW 840 ci hoping to find someone who could help me but not rip me off. I was skeptical at first simply because a BMW is obviously not a Japanese car, but I came here because I'm childhood friends with the owner, Eric, who was always a great guy. I was even more skeptical when I was assigned to Justin, someone other than my childhood friend. However, throughout the process Justin demonstrated the utmost professionalism. It was hard to find a shop who could actually service my car given how old it is. Justin, however went above and beyond to find other shops could had the expertise to handle aspects of my job that this shop was less of an expert in. At the end, I got one of the best customer service experiences, found the right vendors to help and did not charge me a markup, and they did an amazing job. I will certainly come back with all my cars in the future. Thank you Justin for all of your help!
