My friend got me interested for considering this autoshop for a 40k service because he said he had an awesome service on his toy rav4 so I made an appointment last Thursday and got booked the following Friday morning. I had thoughts that this shop wasn't that busy because on such a short notice i got booked right away and Justin was even eager to ask me "what is the most convenient time, i can work it out for you?" , if i remember that right. Price was way better than others i checked. They also have this early bird service and a drop off service. When i got there i noticed it was a busy shop and a lot of hands working in there. Justin and his colleague in the office are busy taking calls and making way for other customers like me. He offered options for shuttle service, rental car from Enterprise and their shop car which is free. They did a great job on the car and of course the great customer relations with Justin, as "painless" as possible that's how he puts it, and moreover a great job for the people behind the scenes making your car safe to ride. Hopefully the next visit would be as "painless" and put smiles on every customer who visits this autoshop.

Overprised

I was referred to A+ by a friend, so I was prepared for a good experience, but the staff exceeded my expectations. Justin is probably the most friendly person I've ever spoken with, and was fantastic about communicating with me throughout the process. They were able to fit me in immediately, the repairs were completed quickly, and the price was absolutely fair. After such a great experience, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and have spread the word to several friends!

Our car was damaged by a rock that split the skid plate on our Lexus while driving back from Carmel. We were due to drive back to Oregon and had to have it fixed before the long drive back. My husband called A+ from Yelp reviews, Suzanne answered the phone with a friendly voice and said we will help you, she was enthusiastic and helpful. We arrived and were greeted promptly, examined the car, presented a solution, and we were in and out in 20 minutes...It made our day to know that this business cares enough about their customers even one they may never see again. If you live locally please take your car to this establishment...thank you Suzanne and A+ Auto Repair...

My husband and I have utilized A+ many times for repairs and maintenance on our cars. Each time we have been more than satisfied with the services. I highly recommend this place and will continue to use them in the future. Justin Mills is extraordinarily friendly and provides excellent customer service.

These folks are legit and have changed my Prius tire twice now, always same-day service. Got a warranty the first time so didn't have to pay again.Super convenient that they're a 10 minute walk from San Carlos Caltrain station. :)

I just moved to the area and needed to find a place for oil changes/maintenance. I read the reviews for this local business and decided to give it a try. I was able to get an appt online. Justin greeted me when I arrived and was very nice, explaining everything as we went along. I left my car, while going out for a bike ride with a local team. One of my teammates was also very complimentary and said she had been taking her car here for years. Overall, great experience and liked how they only worked on what's needed.

Needed to start taking better care of my car so due to Yelp and my friend's reco, I took it here. I don't really speak car but Justin helped me every step of the way. He was patient and informative in explaining what they found, what I needed to get done, and how long it would take. They even helped me get a rental car since they kept it overnight to get all the work done. I had a great experience here and am excited I found a new place to take my car.
