Let me just say that A+ Japanese Auto Repair deserves all the amazing reviews that they are getting! Matt and Justin are honest, detail oriented, kind, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend for any of your car needs, you are in good hands. Great experience.

A+ Japanese is the best! They take excellent care of my car. Justin always is a professional. Great customer service even when they are juggling emergencies. They never leave you stranded without a ride to work or the option of a rental car. I can't imagine going to any other auto service.

It was the first time for me and my car to see a mechanic on the peninsula but it was a good experience. They are very friendly,I got an appointment the same day, they organized a rental car for me, they communicated very clearly what was necessary to repair at once and what not and were very fast in getting all done. All right, in the end I paid a fortune but as I told, my car almost saw a mechanic the first time.

Good prices, certified mechanics, and a great staff, I was glad I went to A+. I am neurotic about maintenance and always use the dealership. But this time I was told it would be 3 weeks until they could see me for a 30K service, from both the nearest dealers, so I went looking for a place that looked like it could be trusted. A+ took my appointment the next day, showed me pictures of things they had inspected, and my adviser was friendly and informative. I'm glad I went.

I have been going to A+ for years. They are professional in every way. From setting up the right type of service to keeping me aware of everything they suggest along the way. I highly recommend them. My car is in their hands and I'm confident they'll take care of it as if it was their own.
