Yes! As good as it gets for sure. From start to finish Justin was helpful, friendly, kept me informed of the progress of the inspection/repairs and the associated costs. The car delivery and pickup service they offer made coordinating services around a busy work schedule feasible. I felt well taken care of. In fact, about a week after my car was serviced, Justin called only to check in and make sure my car was running well and make sure I did not have any pending questions. I live in Mountain View with many options between there and San Carlos for auto repair. There is no doubt A+ Japanese is and will continue to be my go-to shop. Highly recommended! These guys have it down. #thankful

I have been using this repair facility for close to 20 years now. I first met the Sevim family when my wife's Honda 92 Accord EX needed a 30K mile service. Ray and Dianne were the most honest and ethical folks I've ever met running an auto shop. Eric, Adam and team are continuing to offer the same outstanding customer focused auto maintenance services at a great price. I have 3 cars and the only place I trust to work on them is A+ with Rob, Justin and Naeem up front, and the great techs in the back that keep my Acura 06 RSX Type-S running like a top.

I had been reluctant to take my car in for a checkup since since I moved away from an auto shop I had been using for years. I wasn't sure if I'd find another shop that I could trust or had such good customer service. I decided to try A+ Japanese Auto Repair based on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Their customer service, especially Rob was wonderful. The checkup was comprehensive and Rob took the time to explain the results. You could tell that Rob cares about helping you make informed decisions about your car. It's not just about the money. I appreciated that he breaks down the results into things that you can wait to fix and the things that you should fix as soon as possible. Even after I decided to wait to fix something, he offered a suggestion about what to buy if I decided to fix it myself. They were especially gracious to me when I forgot to call them back during office hours and had to get in touch an hour after closing to figure out how to pick up my car. I think I've found my go-to shop on the peninsula!

Incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and courteous!When our old Honda Civic stopped running, A+ stood out in my memory as being a reputable shop with great service and they absolutely did not disappoint. I spoke with Rob who was incredibly helpful in scheduling and coordinating the drop off and diagnosis of the little Honda.Even though we opted not to fix the car, Rob and all the employees we spoke with were still incredibly cordial and offered advice for us. To me, this was the winning moment.I will absolutely be back for service with our next car!

I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop than I had with A+. Rob was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and above all honest. I've dealt with a wide range of folks in the auto repair business, and it is clear that Rob and the rest of the team pride themselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction. I only wish I lived in the Bay Area -- A+ would be my go-to auto repair shop if I didn't live thousands of miles away!

I can't believe it has taken me so many years to find this fantastic alternative to car dealer service. A+ shoujd be A++++. They serviced my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and did not "sell" me on any unnecessary items, based on mileage or time interval since last service. A+ does a thorough inspection, then does only what is really necessary. This was about one-third the cost of dealer recommended service.
