Outstanding service from Rob Lucas. A+ is my go to spot for any auto work from now on. I went in for a car noise issue. They did a thorough inspection, figured out what was causing it and then charged me nothing because the issue had by then self-repaired. They share detailed inspection results with images online so you can see exactly what was done. And it's obvious that they care about their customers from the smiling faces in their office and the great advice they provide. Highly recommended! They even got me an Uber ride so I could pick up the car back the same day.

Best auto repair folks I've ever worked with, specifically Justin. These guys are seriously top notch and I used their service for about 3 years. Not only did they stay on top of my vehicle and keep me educated on and abreast of everything I should do to get the most life from my car, but they continue to be my go-to resource even though I now live 1000 miles away! Justin has always been available to me when I have questions about what other repair centers have proposed for my vehicles. He is my car maintenance mentor. In fact, I enjoyed working with A+ so much that I honestly debate driving my car back to CA just so that they can work on the car. They are that good.

My trusty 2007 Accord started blowing cool-ish air last week, just as the unseasonal winter heat wave moved through the Peninsula. Pulled up Yelp and they had great ratings--called them from the car on the way home and made an appointment to come in this morning.Right from the start, Justin knew my name & was ready to roll. He and the hubby compared notes on good breakfast spots (Justin suggested the Squeeze-In in Menlo, but we ended up at My Breakfast House in San Carlos--we'll give his a try soon, though!). Justin ran through the possibilities on the A/C, then called about 2 hours later to say that it was an electrical relay and the final quote. I got back there a little after 4 and picked up the key. The car was nicely chilly as I drove home. While in the shop, I listened in on other advisors speaking to clients--all as polite and informative as Justin. Apparently the shop uses Uber drivers to provide transport to/from their cars, and things were purring along nicely. When I got home, I discovered I didn't have the paperwork, and called back--a PDF is in my inbox as I type.All in all, I think I've found my car's new home-away-from-home!

I have nothing but good things to say about A+Japanese. Justin and his team provided above and beyond customer service. They checked out my Fj Cruiser for a malfunctioning AC. I was hesitant about leaving my vehicle in the shop for too long because I was going on vacation for a whole week shortly after checking in my vehicle. Not only did Justin quote me a fair and honest price, he took down my warranty information and (while I was on vacation) drove my vehicle to the Toyota dealership to have them cover the majority of the cost. Justin provided daily updates about what was going on and what he did or did not recommend. He also offered to provide free transportation to and from work and at the end of it all charged me half of what he initially had quoted me. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have had my wife's Lexus worked on and the service was excellent. The real acid test for me was how well they would do work on my '66 Mustang and I am pleased to say that they did a marvelous job installing new instruments and a dash pad and the technician that did the work went out of his way to show me how all of the new instrument controls work.

They contact me after I made the previous review. And they took the car back to check and replace three engine mount again.It turned out that one of the engine mount they installed last time was defect, which caused the vibration. So this time when I got the car, it is quiet and running smoothly.I think they do care about the customers. Everyone can make mistakes. That is why I gave them another chance to fix the problem, and they did a good job this time.My advice to them is that, please be more careful and spend more time checking/driving the vehicle before and after the repair. Although this time the problem is one engine mount they got from dealer, if they check and drive the car after the job is done, they will notice the problem immediately, rather than I complained and even wrote a review online to let them know.I will still bring my car to them because they have a lot of good parts I really appreciate. They can finish the job quickly. I hope they can always do a good job like this time and be consistent so they can deserve a 5 star.
