I hate writing reviews but I was compelled to do so because my experience with Justin Mills was a very positive one - far exceeding my expectations. I took a used car in for inspection and Justin was accommodating, patient, and thorough with explaining everything.

Great experience overall. Called a few places and they had best price for drive belt replacement, and its backed by a 2 year warranty. Can't beat that. Wonderful customer service. Justin went above and beyond. ;)

Looking for a shop that you can trust? This is the place. If you have a Japanese auto there is no other place you should take it. Got towed in after getting stuck in Safeway all night, they had my new battery and starter installed in less than 2 hours - and they were BUSY. They worked extra fast to have me done in time because they knew I was traveling in my truck and sleeping in camper and needed it before next morning. They even comped the tow, at 65$! I got stuck again that same night, this time at In n Out and the next day they helped me out again (I got a jump from a stranger to get back to them) and guess what, they solved the problem in 30 minutes (loose pos. battery cable) replaced the cable and had me on my way NO CHARGE!They made a stressful situation all the better, and Naeem gave excellent customer service! A little over a year ago I was looking for someone to perform an engine gasket and timing belt replacement on a Mitsubishi Montero with well over 100k miles and with some oil leakage. I did some searching, and chose A+ due to it's glowing online reviews. Was very satisfied with the work, which was reasonably priced considering the amount of time and work involved. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the vehicle had also been washed. However, later that day I returned the vehicle due to a minor, residual issue related to the initial oil leakage that had made itself apparent. That issue was promptly attended to by the owner himself, whom I didn't even realize was an owner until after the vehicle was returned and the staff mentioned who it was. There was no charge for his time or work. Between this experience, and the excellent communication and customer responsiveness of Justin and Rob, I decided to use A+ for all other needs, including oil changes and other regular service. I also decided to bring in a second, high-mileage vehicle for the same gasket and belt service that the Montero received. Both vehicles have since returned for more service and maintenance, some of it a bit major, and all of it being reliably performed, reasonably priced, and drama-free. Talking to Justin and Rob has become a pleasure. Finding a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic can be a dicey experience, and one can still be left uncertain even after a location has been selected. However, with A+ such worries are unwarranted. "A+", indeed. Very highly recommended.

Our car was making this loud weird noise. Based on Yelp reviews, my husband decided to try out this workshop. The estimate was given as 90$ to fix the problem. My husband agreed and dropped off the car. Later we got a call stating that the car isn't making any noise when they tested it. They also did some basic checks and everything was in place. So they dropped the car off at our home and did not charge us anything.

Very professional, comprehensive and friendly. Make your auto repair experience a pleasant one.Justin is amazing , knowledgeable and overall patiently explains everything. Keeps it simple and no pressure whatsoever .Definitely coming back...

Justin is a great service writer, I have to say he really takes pride and follows through every step of the way with any of my mechanical needs. He keeps me posted with a phone call and an email with photos attached throughout the whole inspection to inform me what needs to be replaced before any work is done. He also makes sure that if there is any inconvenience for transportation, that he will have a ride ready to take and bring you back to the shop. Their are a lot of dealerships in the peninsula that don't take pride of their customers the way A+ Japanese Auto Repair does. A+ Japanese Auto Repair and their whole crew always have been extremely friendly and go out of their way for their customers. Friends Don't Let Friends Drive Their Cars To The Dealers!!!! A very true statement that they have written on the board that they truly follow!!!! Thank You Justin and the A+ Team!!!! Definitely!!!! 5 Stars *****

Really friendly and efficient service. I was actually surprised at how wonderful they were on the phone as I checked around Yelp for estimates to replace my front brake pads. Naeem was thorough and honest. Their prices were right in line with another highly rated company, but they threw in some extra services at no charge that saved me over $100, and that really made my day. I didn't feel cheated at all (and don't we usually leave auto shops feeling a little robbed?). Even though it is a little far for me, I will definitely go back because it sure beats dealing with the typical service guys that act like you are either an idiot or bothering them. I had to take my 4 yr old son with me and they were super accommodating to him too. Keep in mind this is a really busy industrial area, so no where to hang out while waiting for the service.

Justin was extremely helpful in addressing my repair immediately. He got everything squared away quickly and for less than the Lexus dealership. Great customer service experience. Another thing I liked was the two year parts guarantee.
