A+ Japanese Auto Repair is great ;-). I went in for my 15k mile service for my 2013 Impreza Sport. 25% of the dealer price. Great value. What more can I ask for?In addition, I was having oil consumption problems. They told me my car was still under warranty and should go to a Subaru dealer to check it out. Serramonte Subaru did a 1200 mile oil consumption check on my car. Voila, my car was burning oil and now I'm going to get a new engine. Thanks A+ Japanese. You're the greatest

My car broke down on 280 South coming from San Francisco. My transmission started slipping and I was forced to pull over onto the shoulder on a Saturday morning. I did a quick yelp search for any repair facilities that can help me in my situation and A+ Japanese had the highest review. I now know why they come highly recommended. I called A+ and Justin was the person that greeted me. I told him the current situation I was in and he was more than happy to help me. He set me up with a tow truck and tow it straight to the shop where it can be diagnosed. When I got to the shop, he made me feel very comfortable and even offered me something to drink. He basically broke down what was going to happen with the diagnostic procedure and gave me plenty of options which was great because I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to. He was very educational and friendly. Even though I ended up not fixing my car (R.I.P Acura TL), I would without a doubt bring my other cars there for service. I noticed that some people left reviews about A+ charging way too much, and I wanted to put it out there that as someone who has work in the automotive industry (and I still do to this day) that YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Some shops are willing to do it for cheap, but it doesn't mean it will be done better. It's only cheap if you get the repair done once, but if you have to shell out the money twice, it's no longer cheap.

Justin is the man! Seriously such great customer service. Whenever I'm angry about my car being broken I call Justin and he takes care of my car problems with a big smile. A+ Japanese has helped me with my Toyota Sequoia twice now. They are quick and affordable. I would recommend to anyone with a Japanese made vehicle.

These guys are always TOP NOTCH!! There is a reason I keep going back there year after year (at least 10 years now). Whether it is simple oil change or a total work over (both of which I have had done), they always make an effort to make it clear to you exactly what they are doing to your car. Rob, Justin, Naim, Eric are all awesome gentlemen and incredibly courteous (Rob is hilarious too!).

My car needed an oil change and A+ Japanese did a good job. The guys in the office and on the phones are super friendly and easy to talk to.
