I am very pleased with their service. It was my first time working with them and I was hesitant because...well when it comes to any car related issue you have to be but I recommend these guys. I commute everyday and needed to be able to get to work while having my car worked on and they facilitated the whole car rental situation as well as cover some of the expense - a major plus! I did some research on pricing (which I recommend you do) and Justin worked with me to get a reasonable price for the work I needed, which I really appreciated.

Friendly people, Eric who works there help me to fix my car and gave me good price. It was quick fix for me in 5 hours how they promised to me.They gave me free ride for my job with their courtesy shuttle. Other worker Adam took care of it. They work very professional and took care of the people too. Thank you Eric and Adam..

All needed repairs were explained and rated in order of necessity so I wasn't faced with an enormous bill. If I could give A+ Japanese Auto Repair 10+ stars, I certainly would do so ! I can't thank Naeem and Eric enough for the amazing customer service! I went in yesterday for my 60,000 mile service. Naeem said that I wasn't in need of much at this time, so he adjusted the cost of the service -- is that impressive, or what?? I asked if they could handle the Lexus recall and they went out of their way to do that, as well. I not only was impressed with their customer service, honesty and integrity, their garage is absolutely immaculate! It is clear that they take pride not only in the service that they provide, but also in their surroundings. Naeem called when he said that he would call him with an update on my car and he went beyond the call of duty to provide stellar customer service. I couldn't pick up my car until after closing and they made sure that my car was secure and may I add.... beautifully cleaned. I am one happy guyFor a year my 1999 Nissan Quest had an intermittently failing headlight. I brought it to A+ because of the reviews I read here. Because of the car's age the shop had difficulty vids the parts hand they had to keep it for several days. They rented a car for me to drive during the waiting period (no charge for me)! It was a trial and error process, they didn't charge for parts and labor that didn't work, and the final cost was much LOWER than the estimates . I am one happy guy.

I take my car to A+ Japanese Auto for all service needs. Justin Miles is great at explaining the issues and what the recommended fixes are. My car has had numerous service needs since I first dropped it off a few months ago, but Justin and everyone else at A+ Japanese have been very kind and understanding about how I have been feeling about my repeated visits to the shop. You couldn't find a better place to take your car for service and to be helped in every way possible. They coordinate with the manufacturer and extended warranties when needed which is very helpful to the customer. Thank you Justin for all the dedication on resolving the issues with my Maxima and of course, to everyone at A+ Japanese!

If you are anywhere on the Peninsula, A+ Japanese is where you should be taking your car! They are amazing at honestly assessing the problem and getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. When my 13 yr old Ford reached the end of it's life, they checked out a used car I was looking at and helped me find a better, more reliable option. My service rep (Naeem) is always super friendly and helpful...I trust A+ completely!

One of the best auto repair shops I have been to in my 18 years of driving. Justin was excellent and took the time to answer my never ending questions even though it was a very busy day. The shuttle service was immediate and very polite. I will definitely come back.
