I can not be more impressed with the personal nature of this business and the helpful efforts of Rob. What I needed was some automotive specifications on my daughters car. Normally, auto shops will not give you the time of day. Rob not only located this information, he even faxed it to me! I do most of the work on my cars but if I ever needed a shop, A+ would be my first choice. I am a teacher so I know what A+ work looks like. Bob

When I came to the bay area from "back east" and needed to upgrade to CA smog standards, A+ was not only the the nicest, most cost affective and creative, but they VALUE my loyalty and are ever ready to help me out. I have brought every car there ever since, whether Japanese or American - I trust them to use quality parts and supplies and to treat me fairly. Once I asked them why shouldn't people use one of those cheap advertised quick change places and when I realized all the extras I get, how they KNOW my vehicle and the quality of the oil etc., it was a no brainer. FAMILY OWNED and local - THANKS A+ for always having my safety in mind.

I am 100% confident in dealing with A+. They are very thorough backing everything they recommend up with pictures. I would rather have something presented to me that they know is a problem and if I choose to do it fine, I know I will be taken care of, if I choose not to do it then it is on me. I would rather be told about looming issues than not be told just because that wasn't the reason I originally brought in the car.I have no reason to not want to come back - Thanks Guys!!!

A+ comes through for me again! Recently on a Saturday morning I was out running errands, I get into my car and my car will not start. I call Rob in a panic because I cannot live without my car. He has me try a few things to troubleshoot what was going on, still would no start. Here it is Saturday morning; they are thank God open but only half day. Rob immediacy sends someone to pick me up, thankfully, I was in San Carlos and close, has the driver take me home as he arranges to have my car towed to their shop. He quickly determines I need a new starter, has someone from his shop run over to Fremont to pick one up and has my car running by the time they closed. Awesome service, Rob and his crew saved the day! Thank you all for getting my car back to me within hours.

High quality work, while being genuine and honest.I recently brought my Audi A3 in for a MUCH overdue tuneup (I had skipped three 30,000 mile tune ups!) and also for possible body repair. (the front and bottom were falling off to the point where it was no longer safe to drive)I highly recommend bringing you car here. Rob did an amazing job of communicating with me. (which included a very detailed email with pictures of each part of the car inspected) When I told him I needed to keep the cost down, he took the time to prioritize what needs to be fixed immediately and what could wait until later. When a body shop estimated $1,300 to properly fix the falling front bumper and splash guard, Rob offered to reinforce it for me using some screws and wires to keep my cost down. Not only did they do a high quality thorough job and guaranteed all their work for 2 years, they did it for a more than fair price. I saved tons by going here instead of a dealership, and got better service. If all that wasn't enough, they even surprised my girlfriend and I by doing a full detail cleaning of the car which made it look brand new. They're here to help you. You won't feel like they are trying to sell you on a bunch of things you don't need, they genuinely care about their customers and will give you an honest estimate and high quality service.

I took my car to A+ because of its reviews. I have an older car with tons of millage, and not to mention I am single mom. I needed my car to be fixed so I can feel safe in it. Rob handle all the communications regarding what was wrong. It felt like a long time before he called me back to let me know how much the repairs were going to be, but what I didn't know at the time was, Rob was trying to keep the cost down by not going through the dealership to get parts for my car. My car needed the tie rods replaced, windshield, break light weren't working (for how long I don't know), tires, and couple of other minor maintenance things.
When I got my car back, it's like driving a new car with a old shell. It might have taken them extra time to keep my cost down, but in the end it was so worth it.

I had the pleasure to deal with Justin when my 2008 Honda Civic was involved in a hit and run. Let me say that Justin is very thorough and never leaves you out of the loop when it comes to your vehicle. He was able to articulate every detail on what was being done to my vehicle and the communication that he had with my insurance co as well. Justin delivers excellent customer service and treats you like you are a long time friend. The moment he called and introduced himself to me, I knew my vehicle would be in good hands - as if he treats the vehicle as if it were his. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any servicing and based on the work that I've seen when I was there, it looks like they do an exceptional job. I would definitely take my next vehicle to them for any servicing needs!
