Another great service from A+! This time for our Mazda5. Someone had hit our car (without us in it thankfully!) and broken a taillight and damaged the back bumper/side panel. It was fixed up quickly and under the estimate. Justin makes us feel like family -- takes care of us, not just the car. Thank you!

Lives up to the "A+"My mechanic friend recommended this repair shop. My hand-me-down Honda Accord was not up kept. The overdue required maintenance was done. As I sat in my broken car waiting for the AAA Tow Truck, I called Rob to make an immediate appointment. Instead of saying "come on in", Rob worked with me to FIX MY CAR TROUBLE RIGHT THEN ON THE PHONE. Wow wow wow. What *incredible* customer service and genuine caring. This is now my 2nd great experience with this business; Rob and A+ Auto have earned my loyalty for life! : )

I am very pleased with their service. It was my first time working with them and I was hesitant because...well when it comes to any car related issue you have to be but I recommend these guys. I commute everyday and needed to be able to get to work while having my car worked on and they facilitated the whole car rental situation as well as cover some of the expense - a major plus! I did some research on pricing (which I recommend you do) and Justin worked with me to get a reasonable price for the work I needed, which I really appreciated.

Friendly people, Eric who works there help me to fix my car and gave me good price. It was quick fix for me in 5 hours how they promised to me.They gave me free ride for my job with their courtesy shuttle. Other worker Adam took care of it. I had the pleasure of being introduced to A+ Japanese Auto via the owners when I purchased a used car that needed servicing. Never had I experienced the 5-star customer service that is provided by the team at A+ and especially from Justin Mills! Wow! I had complete faith that "Big Daddy" was being taken care of by professionals who were very mindful of my expenses. All needed repairs were explained and rated in order of necessity so I wasn't faced with an enormous bill. I really appreciated the pictures of those repair areas for validation and approval to proceed. If I could give A+ Japanese Auto Repair 10+ stars, I certainly would do so ! I can't thank Naeem and Eric enough for the amazing customer service! I went in yesterday for my 60,000 mile service. Naeem said that I wasn't in need of much at this time, so he adjusted the cost of the service -- is that impressive, or what?? I asked if they could handle the Lexus recall and they went out of their way to do that, as well. I not only was impressed with their customer service, honesty and integrity, their garage is absolutely immaculate! It is clear that they take pride not only in the service that they provide, but also in their surroundings. Naeem called when he said that he would call him with an update on my car and he went beyond the call of duty to provide stellar customer service. I couldn't pick up my car until after closing and they made sure that my car was secure and may I add.... beautifully cleaned. Don't be thrown off by the name of the shop -- regardless of what make of vehicle you have, call A+ Japanese Auto Repair to see if they can help you -- you will be glad that you did! I am one happy guyFor a year my 1999 Nissan Quest had an intermittently failing headlight. I brought it to A+ because of the reviews I read here. Because of the car's age the shop had difficulty vids the parts hand they had to keep it for several days. They rented a car for me to drive during the waiting period (no charge for me)! It was a trial and error process, they didn't charge for parts and labor that didn't work, and the final cost was much LOWER than the estimates . I am one happy guy.
