These guys are amazing and always put the customer first. A few months back they did a bunch of front end work at a great price and in discovering some issues with struts I recently had put in at a tire place, worked with me and the other tire place to get the issue resolved. In addition, I called them the other day to see about having some transmission work done on my Nissan and instead of just doing the work and making a few bucks, Justin did some research, realized my transmission was still under warranty due to Nissan extending the warranties on their CVT's and then contacted a local Nissan dealer to see about getting the work done. My car is currently at Nissan having the transmission replaced under warranty. These guys have a customer for life.

Love these guys; my car loves these guys. My car is 12 years old and they keep it running smooth and efficient. I have been taking my car there for several years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend A+Japanese. I have been having a lot of issues with my house and was a little depressed. They gave me wind shield wipers and washed my car…..what a day brightener! Had my Mazda serviced at A+ again. The checkin process was outstanding; I was in and out in 5 minutes. The maintenance was routine and there weren't really anything broken with the car. The staff is still very polite and helpful. The only thing I wish they would do is to provide an area for customers to wait for rides or for their cars. There really is no place to sit currently.

Another "Five Star" experience at A Plus Japanese. My Infinity G 35 was having some mysterious overheating issues. Long story short... it was a weak/failing radiator cap. Rob Lucas, the Service Mgr. refused to take my payment until I drove my car for a couple days to make sure all was well with the car. I returned 3 days later to pay and of course Rob wanted to check one more time. If you have a Japanese car and care about your car, care about being treated honestly; then A Plus Japanese is all you need to know.
