If I could give A+ Japanese Auto Repair 10+ stars, I certainly would do so ! I can't thank Naeem and Eric enough for the amazing customer service! I went in yesterday for my 60,000 mile service. Naeem said that I wasn't in need of much at this time, so he adjusted the cost of the service -- is that impressive, or what?? I asked if they could handle the Lexus recall and they went out of their way to do that, as well. I not only was impressed with their customer service, honesty and integrity, their garage is absolutely immaculate! It is clear that they take pride not only in the service that they provide, but also in their surroundings. Naeem called when he said that he would call him with an update on my car and he went beyond the call of duty to provide stellar customer service. I couldn't pick up my car until after closing and they made sure that my car was secure and may I add.... beautifully cleaned. Don't be thrown off by the name of the shop -- regardless of what make of vehicle you have, call A+ Japanese Auto Repair to see if they can help you -- you will be glad that you did! I've already shared my wonderful experience with my friends, family and colleagues and I will continue to do so. Eric, I am so impressed with your company!
