My husband & I are so blessed to have found A+ Japanese Auto Repair! We have a 2008 Prius that was having problems with the electrical system and we had taken it to a Toyota dealership and their response was to give us an estimate of $6000-$7000 which of course seemed outrageous to us and led to us to seek a 2nd opinion. My husband found A+ Japanese Auto Repair on Yelp with outstanding reviews but of course you are never 100% sure until you have your own experience. Justin was super customer friendly & very knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to us and we appreciate that. The mechanics at A+ Japanese Auto Repair took the time to fully inspect our vehicle & locate exactly what the issue was. Once they found the problem it turned out that it was an easy fix and only cost us a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. Thank you so much!!!

I can't believe they did it! I've been driving around for years with no AC because the dealer where I bought my car (Hopkins Acura) couldn't fix it. Rob took the time to find the problem and he fixed it. I'm now driving around in hot weather not feeling like I'm going to faint at the wheel because the AC was pumping in HOT air before Rob came along. He IS superman!

This shop is incredibly welcoming to a new customer (many other mechanics I've been to are weary of new customers and won't make the same effort unless they know you're coming back). But here, I felt treated as well as their regulars.Plus, Naeem and the guys at A+ were a lifesaver yesterday! My car started making loud scary noises on my morning commute and I had to stop and find someone to look at it-but I wasn't familiar with this city that I only pass on the freeway. I found the closest mechanic and I'm glad it was A+. They were sympathetic, made time to look at my car, and hooked me up with a rental to continue on to work! Thank you!

Review long overdue.Saying this place is great is an understatement.I have rarely been to an auto repair shop where I felt like all mechanics had such a profound understanding of their craft, and cared so much about their customer. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and care, and they give their full attention to the person they are interacting with.They dissected the issues that plagued my car, recommended thorough repairs, and were mindful of my budget by telling me which ones to do first. Moreover, it was such a pleasure working with them. I worked with Dustin , and he was such a great person, in addition to bring a fantastic mechanic.They definitely earned a loyal customer in me. Great job guys, keep it up!!

Every time I leave this place, it just makes me want to get on here and write an even better review. You really feel that they care for you. I can't explain how phenomenal the service is. Saying that Justin is amazing is an understatement. His customer service skills are some of the best on the face of the planet. I am not kidding, if you want your car to be in the hands of genuine people who know exactly what they are doing, there is no other place to go. If I could give them a higher score than A+, then I would.
