I saved a lot of money by taking my car to A Plus Japanese versus the dealer. ( more on this in a moment) My Infinity G 35 Coupe was over heating. Called Rob Lucas the Service Mgr. and made arrangements to bring my car in. Within 2 or 3 work hours Rob called me to explain the issue, a cracked seam in the radiator. Rob told me the car would be repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the work day. Picked up the car at 4 PM, repairs made and found a very nice and professional young man by the name of Della was finishing up with washing my car. Now the BEST and EXTREMELY important part. No charge!!! Zero! Because A Plus guarantees their work and parts for 24,000 or 24 months. This car had the radiator replaced 15 months ago but apparently a weak seam during manufacture gave out. A dealership warrants their parts and labor for 12,000 miles or 12 months. Bottom line I saved nearly $ 600.00. These folks at A Plus are GREAT and that is why I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. If you care about your Japanese car, A Plus is the place to go for service in my opinion.

A+ Japanese has been servicing my vehicles for over 15 years to the best of my recollection and they have always been top notch with regard to service. They also took care of my vintage Mustang where other shops had failed. To my plreasant surprise Rob was/is knowledgeable and trustworthy as he is an avid vintage car buff himself. For virtually all our car care needs this shop rates 5 stars. Thank you Rob and staff at A+.

Great Service! Brought my '09 WRX in for tune up and they were the right place. Amazing service, and Naeem kept up to speed on the status of my vehicle.They did not recommend any unnecessary work and even sent photos of the items they inspected. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
