i had a older model honda civic it started over heating i had taken it to 2 other shops both said it was a simple hose, days later my car was still over heating the guys at a+ got to the bottom of this mystery fixed the problem and got my on my way.good customer servicekept me informedgood ratesprofessional staffwould most def recomend this place.....

I am very satisfied with the the work performed on my domestic FORD. After having it serviced at the Dealer and 4 other shops where I recieved the same answer, "if the eng light and with the trouble code is not lite, we can't fix it".

After having it serviced at the Dealer and 4 other shops where I recieved the same answer, "if the eng light and with the trouble code is not lite, we can't fix it".In 1 days work, I had pictures and a detailed look at the possibilities and a plan of action. It turns out my plugs were gapped incorrectly and I was able to perform the work myself. After 2 years our car is finally working well. I want to thank A+, particularly Rob Lucas, for the excellent servicing of my car, which I had brought in for brake squealing. It was determined that my front rotors had cracked from excessive heat, though through discussion, we had no idea how! When I went to pick the car up, I was amazingly surprized that I was given a courtesy charge (no labor charges included). I was thrilled, as money is tight for me, being a senior. I have no reservations in bringing my car to A+ and am always very satisfied with the service I get and the wonderful attention Rob pays to me regarding my problems, major or minor, and how he always listens to my concerns and works with me in all aspects of doing the service, some I have to postpone or have done at that time, due to financial issues. I always know that he will do the best for me and looking out for my best interest. I have been coming to A+ for over 6 years, and will continue using them for all the years I am driving and no matter what car I have. Thank you for being there and having great people working for you.

I got a coupon with $75.00 value for the price of $50.00. I went to the shop for the very first time. Everything went well. I got my car breaks fixed front and back. I will go back to them again when my car needs some attention.

I was giving my aging-but-dependable Honda Prelude to someone who could not afford to buy a car. The obstacle was in passing the smog test. Rob, the competent Service Manager, located an aftermarket component but it proved to be non-functioning. He followed up, had the technicians switch out the part, made sure that it passed the smog test, and the car was good-to-gift!

I think A+ Japanese is a top repair shop in the San Carlos area. I believe the work the mechanics do is priced fairly. Also I think the mechanics do a great job making the repairs to my Lexus.
