These guys have earned a customer for life... Their service is top notch not only in terms of the work that they do, but also the way that it's presented. First off, they communicate really really well. While I had my Landcruiser in their shop recently I got no less than 3 phone calls and 3 emails to send me pictures of their work, discuss different options, update me as to the progress etc. They're also upfront about pricing. They gave it to me straight up when I was getting the estimate, and the price I ended up paying was actually less than quoted. Lastly, they stand by their work and more. I had a front end axl service performed and after getting home I noticed a leak coming from behind one of the wheels. I called them up, brought the truck in and they discovered that there was a faulty seal. In my situation, I had brought them in parts I had purchased and as a result there was some confusion as to whether or not a particular seal was replaced or not. We probably could have investigated it and determined whether or not the seal was replaced or not, whether it was a part I provided or not, but without hesitation they immediately offered to replace it free of charge. Any past mechanic I've been to would have either blamed the part I had brought in as faulty, assumed it wasn't replaced because it wasn't part of the service or at the very least investigated the matter to see who should be paying for the parts and labor. Not these guys. They replace the axle seal parts and labor at their cost in the amount of over $500. WOW. As I said before, they've earned a customer for life and you can bet I'll be telling all my friends and family. Thanks Rob and Eric for being in business and doing what you do!
