Charged a lot just to diagnose suspension noise, even though they never found a problem. I did not feel that they were very trustworthy. Seemed to me they were trying too hard to be friendly, and not hard enough to deliver good service.

I just checked out the invoice from March 2019 and it looks like we performed a road test with you and also spent time inspecting the vehicle on the rack. After spending some time on the vehicle, it looks like we were unable to duplicate the metallic scraping type noise. The notes mentioned that we offered for you to return if the noise came back more regularly. I would be totally fine issuing a refund for the inspection work. Extremely professional and accommodating. I felt very respected and attended the whole time. Naeem called me with updates on the car when things would get done, and I really appreciated being in the loop. They are, however, really busy. I recommend calling ahead and seeing if they have appointments or availability

A+ Japanese Auto Repair is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They knew exactly what I wanted done and made sure I got all the oem parts, double checking and making sure every part they got was perfect. Naeem, Seamus, Jason, Ace, and Justin were very kind and responsive. Having an older vehicle (80 series land cruiser/LX450) means that maintenance is required for it to continue to run smooth and get through all the obstacles and paths that I put it through. Justin was great - I can't recommend his service and customer experience more. Had a pretty simple sound/noise issue from my heat shield and he quickly explained the process and made sure I was taken care of getting from point a to point b while I dropped my car off. If I have further issues with my car I'm sure I'll be back here for any repairs.
