Im the type of person to go off reviews and the reviews for these guys were sky rocket and amazing nothing but positive feedback. So I went ahead and got my vehicle repaired through them and let me start by saying my car was giving me an issue. Other places were charging outrageous prices and their customer service was terrible as well. They were all so rude. But you see with A+ Japanese Auto Repair you won’t get that type of service. They are fast friendly and very welcoming. They were fast and friendly and answered all my questions. A big thanks to Justin he was amazing in handling my auto repair needs very attentive and great with communicating. Super understanding!! Thank you so much , You greatly appreciated amazing techs just overall an amazing auto repair shop. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs. 5/5 they are definitely the go to when it comes down to getting your vehicle repaired. Also when it came to the price he was very transparent other places were trying to charge me twice the amount. I'm so thankful I came across A+ Japanese Auto Repair on Yelp. Definitely earned another loyal customer :)

I had a brake malfunction on my vehicle which stopped my car in the middle of the road. A passerby told me that he recommended A+ Japanese Auto Repair and I’m so glad he did! I had my car towed a couple miles to A+ and when I arrived Justin came out and gave the tow truck driver snacks. I thought it was the nicest thing and knew I was in good hands. Justin got my gf and I an Uber home and diagnosed my car the following Monday (Dropped off on a Saturday). I had some issues with insurance and my car was at the shop for a while. Justin was very understanding and spoke with my insurance multiple times to get the situation resolved. Justin also saved me a lot of money on the repairs which I’m extremely grateful for. I was able to get my car after hours with their convenient drop box which was a huge help as well. Justin apologized profusely for not being able to wash my car (I gave him a short notice) which stood out to me because I’ve never had a shop care about my car the way A+ has. A+ made an awful situation into an amazing experience. Thank you, guys!!
