Justin was great - I can't recommend his service and customer experience more. Had a pretty simple sound/noise issue from my heat shield and he quickly explained the process and made sure I was taken care of getting from point a to point b while I dropped my car off. If I have further issues with my car I'm sure I'll be back here for any repairs.

I had a lingering and reoccurring coolant leak issue that my previous shop was not able to properly diagnose and had resorted to recommending a compression test followed by a Head Gasket replacement. The A+ team listened to all of the vehicle's history and came up with plan to run a few cheap but effective diagnostics to rule out the head gaskets, replace a few higher risk, but lower cost parts and eventually traced it back to a faulty water pump (installed by another shop). Pricing throughout was consistently lower than my previous shop and the team was always willing to walk me through the mechanics of issues and fixes.

A+ was very professional, solving a very difficult computer problem that stumped a local mechanic. I would have hoped to talk to Justin when I picked the car up, but was told grab the keys and go. Also, they assume everyone has a smart phone.

My 2007 Prius had a problem signal (red triangle with an exclamation came on), Justin was able to get it in, figure out/fix the problem, and found a leaky water pump, and also fixed an engine rattling that had been bothering me for months. I appreciated the quick turnaround and reasonable billing.
