Rattling noise under car: Had the catshiled installed at Toyota back in October to avoid someone stealing my catylic converter. 6 months go by and I hear a rattling noise. Went back to toyota to have the car checked to make sure it wasn't anything mechinaly wrong. They said everything looks good and the car is running great, but tried to sell me 4 ties. I continued to drive the car - Had the wheels and tires balanced and new breaks. I still hear the noise and decided to try A+ japanese (Plus my manage) said they do great work. Everything about these guy and this organization is first class and you couldn't ask for more experience and courtesy. They were able to have a technician drive with me and he found the issue immediately. Toyota installed my catsheiled on wrong and could have done major damage to my coolant line. They took pictures of the bad installation and let me know this is what they found. They solved this issue and toyota will be hearing from me and what reminbustelmt I can get. I'll be bringing my car to these folks for the foreseeable future. The best!!!

Justin and the Company do a wonderful job each time I bring my car in for service. They will not do any repairs or upgrades which are not absolutely necessary. Two items I mentioned to Justin which I had doubts about, he explained that those parts didn’t need to be replaced. This saved me approximately $1,800 dollars today. This is by far the most honest repair dealership I have dealt with since my first automobile purchase in 1963.

Always a great experience here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable service writers. They don’t want you to do anything that you don’t need to do. What I especially love about this establishment is their use of technology. You can schedule everything, review your repairs, authorize the repairs, and pay using your cell phone without ever having to stop what you’re doing and take a phone call. Great experience. Car needed a good checkup and maintenance after crossing a few states moving for work. They picked up the car straight from my house which saved me some hassle with work. I received a very thorough inspection report addressing all my concerns with plenty of information explaining what needed to be done. Authorized everything and had the car returned the next day. Excellent turnaround time with solid communication throughout the process. Definitely coming back for any future maintenance!

I very much appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the mechanics at A+ Our car is a 2008 Hybrid and could require a lot of expensive repairs, but Ace my mechanic assured me the car was safe to drive until we find a new car in the next few months which is our intention. He saved me from investing in expensive suspension work reasoning that the 14 year old hybrid battery could fail at any time. I recommend this auto shop to anyone who is looking for honest and practically minded mechanics.
