I dropped off my 1990 Miata before I had actually gotten confirmation that they would be able to take a look, but fortunately that was no problem! They spent a few days diagnosing why the car wasn't starting, including some wiring-relayed detective work. The team was pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to return if/when the need arises.

Rattling noise under car: Had the catshiled installed at Toyota back in October to avoid someone stealing my catylic converter. 6 months go by and I hear a rattling noise. Went back to toyota to have the car checked to make sure it wasn't anything mechinaly wrong. They said everything looks good and the car is running great, but tried to sell me 4 ties. I continued to drive the car - Had the wheels and tires balanced and new breaks. I still hear the noise and decided to try A+ japanese (Plus my manage) said they do great work. Everything about these guy and this organization is first class and you couldn't ask for more experience and courtesy. They were able to have a technician drive with me and he found the issue immediately. Toyota installed my catsheiled on wrong and could have done major damage to my coolant line. They took pictures of the bad installation and let me know this is what they found. They solved this issue and toyota will be hearing from me and what reminbustelmt I can get. I'll be bringing my car to these folks for the foreseeable future. The best!!!

Justin and the Company do a wonderful job each time I bring my car in for service. They will not do any repairs or upgrades which are not absolutely necessary. Two items I mentioned to Justin which I had doubts about, he explained that those parts didn’t need to be replaced. This saved me approximately $1,800 dollars today. This is by far the most honest repair dealership I have dealt with since my first automobile purchase in 1963.

Very impressed with A+. They did a comprehensive vehicle inspection on my older Prius and addressed key issues. MPG went from 24 inbound into A+ to 50.2 on the way home! Their complimentary Lyft rides to and from the shop were above and beyond expectations. Well done!
