I had a great experience having my Subaru serviced here. They were affordable, friendly and gave honest no pressure selling. In fact they suggested a more affordable service for my car which saved me hundreds of dollars on top of providing top notch customer service.

Due to a series of unfortunate events I had to have extensive repairs done to my truck and was VERY IMPRESSED with the level of professionalism, courtesy and assistance I received from Jason and the Master Technicians at A+ Japanese Auto Repair. They went above and beyond in accommodating a non-scheduled repair and even arranged a ride home for me. As a mechanical engineer and former mechanic I usually perform work on my own vehicle but now I just might leave it to the professionals at A+ Japanese Auto Repair.

They diagnosed an electrical problem for me, they diagnosed it for a very low cost considering how involved it was, and charged me what seemed like a fair price for the repair. Good customer service. Would recommend and will return

I’m a first time customer. I was informed and found out about a potential chronic problem with my car that I wouldnt have taking the car elsewhere. I had originally taken my car over for the Winter Special (fluids and engine oil were much needed) and a transmision fluid change ( thought I needed one according to another mechanic from another shop). It eneded up being that I didn’t need the transmission fluid changed and I was able to put the money down on a new battery since my original one kept failing. The mechanics did an awesome job and I’m looking forward to continue having my car worked on in the future as needed. Customer service great and provided by Naeem. A big thank you to the team. 💖

I enjoyed a remarkable experience with A plus Japanese auto repair! Their overall interaction is very professional. They are courteous, helpful, and very well spoken. The office is very clean and well decorated. When I dropped my car off after hours it was dark. The building was very well lit in front and their sat the drop off box. They called me the very next morning and said that the diagnostics showed coding issues that needed to be looked at by the dealer. They said they would not charge me for the diagnostics and would give me the printout of what their computer found. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
