I could not be happier with the service they provided. I brought in my 2001 Toyota Avalon because it was having trouble starting and the headlights worked intermittently. Louie was wonderful to work with and explained everything they needed to do. The final bill was less then I expected and he even went over it line by line to explain how they reached the figure. On top of all of that they called an Uber for me to both take me home after I dropped my car off, and pick me up to bring me back. They are honest, and are not just about a quick fix that will keep you coming back.

All I can saw is EXCELLENT! In my many years of car ownership and living in multiple location in the U.S., I have never been so impressed at the level of service and attention to detail. Justin was absolutely FANTASTIC! Whoever owns this place, give them ALL a raise. I will bring my car here for everything!! This should be the model for all mechanic shops!

They are called A+ for a reason. The reason is the customer service that is provided to anyone that walks in their door! Justin, Donna, and Naeem, treated me and my 5 year old son more like family members than just your average first time auto repair client. Bringing my car in for a door lock repair during the week of Thanksgiving sounds like it would have been a miserable experience. The part my car needed had to be ordered from the dealership. Since it was a holiday week, there was a shipping delay. This was not Japanese Auto Repair's fault. Justin still called with daily updates for me. When the part did arrive the dealership sent a right side part when my car was requiring a left side (driver side) part. Justin was genuinely more concerned and upset about this than I was. He called the dealership and did all the hard work for me to make it right. There was no additional cost to me, and I was fully informed step by step what was going on with my car. Start to finish, I never had to wonder. Peace of mind is hard to come by these days. That is what I was given by A+ Japanese Auto Repair. The entire 2 weeks while my car was being worked on and taken care of, I had a loaner from A+ to get around. I was quoted a price at the beginning, and that was what I paid. Nothing was changed or added onto my bill. The car is fixed and there has not been any problems since. This place should be the "norm" for customer service. They certainly are the exception! You just can not find courteous, quality, professional, friendly, outstanding service like this from any other place around. My 5 year old son wants to go back just to visit with Donna and Justin. Thank You does not quite do the job when expressing our gratitude for the above and beyond service we received with you guys! We will 100% be returning clients!

I am often amazed by A+ Japanese Auto. My last service I was able to get a loaner for the day. It is the older boxy Prius. The car was in such good condition. I was impressed at how well it ran. It just proved to me that I need to keep up on the maintenance of my car. Today I received an email with car maintenance tips. I have never had an auto service that takes care of their clients as kindly and considerate as A+ Japanese Auto. I am truly grateful for the efforts of their team. .

You know when you just meet someone and you think to yourself, wow, they're really good at what they do... Well, that is how I have felt about Justin and the team at A+. I had always taken my MDX to the dealer. After a quote I had received for some work that needed to be done last summer, I almost died. My partner mentioned that his brother had a mechanic that he really liked/trusted so I thought I'd give them a call. After the diagnostic test at A+, not only was the quote the dealer gave me totally off, I didn't even need some of the work they were suggesting. I really appreciated that Justin broke the service options down for me in order of importance. He took the time to explain in great detail what needed to be done and why. Once I gave him the green light, he kept me informed as the work was being done. After hearing of my great experience, my partner started bringing his truck in as well! We are both so happy with the service and the quality of work that is done at A+. Justin really cares about his clients and you will agree the second you meet him.

My first few experiences here were okay but seemed to go downhill after they put on new tires. The tire pressure sensor lights went on constantly. Anytime I came back with this issue though, I felt like I was treated like a moron, treated impatiently when I tried to ask simple questions about how things worked or why they would happen, and mansplained to. For example: On one occasion, I was lectured on how air pressure changes can cause the light to go on, etc. etc. and told it must be that I have never had a car with a tire pressure sensor because there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires. They said they topped off the tire with air and there was nothing wrong with it. Well, guess what? The next day, the tire was flat. I brought it to Beltran only to find that A+ missed a very large, visible screw in it that Beltran removed and patched. How in the HELL do you miss that? I called Naim who offered a free future oil change for my hassle which, I later found out, I couldn't include with service I was trying to schedule and also told that my car had to be left an ENTIRE weekend there to be performed (as well as paying $35 a day for a rental car while they did said service.) Here I was actually trying to give them more money than just the oil change and give them another chance. I ended up giving up and have found somewhere else to go. I will mention I was also repeatedly told that the sensors could have an issue even when there was a legitimate problem with the tire pressure each time which made no sense and in fact, ultimately after about 5 visits, they finally checked the sensors and agreed there was no problem. I should note I called Toyota who told me the sensors blink if they are shorting- they don't stay solid as mine did. The last time the sensor light went on with the tires, it turned out no one at A+ had thought to check the spare which has a sensor and the air was low in that tire.
