Justin needs a raise - he’s just too competent and gentlemanly to keep him at what I am sure are wages he feels are too low. (Ha ha) As usual honest auto advice, my car is safe, service is excellent, and we will be back.

I use A+ for a Lexus SUV and an Acura MDX for the past 4 years. They do good work, give detailed explanations for what work is needed and when it will be completed.

They'll charge the hell out of you and list things like "Removed hub assemblies, thoroughly inspected and cleaned hub assemblies," for something as simply as changing wheel bearings. My dad brought his 2007 Nissan into them and ran up $5000 worth of repairs for a 10 year old car in just a few months. Wouldn't trust these guys with my wallet.

Jason Burtis is the guy who handle my car and he is very helpful he has the knowledge what problem to my car he explain to me one by one and how will they gonna fix it and one more thing how he talk to customer the customer service that he show’s me is very grateful i gave him 5 star overall !!!!!!

They are amazing!! Saved us almost $3000 that the dealer was going to charge for an issue that was not even there. We did have an issue in the general area but a much cheaper fix. Thank you guys!!

Worked with Jason, HUGE CAR ENTHUSIAST. My car (Acura TSX) died on me while driving, I made the assumption it was the alternator (normally dead batteries won't die while driving) and took it in. Jason's team quoted me the price of the alternator and labor (at my request), but upon inspection (which I didn't ask them to do), they did a test and found out it was a faulty battery. Saved me a few hundred dollars, but more importantly this is an extremely trust worthy shop, will be back here again!

Outstanding, quick service. I first went for glass replacement. They have the best price in the area for a windshield. I then had the brakes and rotors in my G20 replaced some time later and they were quick and cool about it. Definitely returning when necessary.

This form is not big enough for me to post how amazing the serivce was here. People constantly feel like they are being ripped off my their mechanic... not these guys. I am a transplant living in the Bay Area and have used one mechanic my entire life... you could obviously tell I was nervous about pulling the trigger on such a large investment. The team @ A+ was so thorough, I couldn't get Justin to stop calling me and giving me update. No other auto shop does this. Communication is the key to success and I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Bay Area.
