I have been going to A+ Japanese for the past 12 years I would not take my car anywhere else. The customer service you get from Justin is second to none. Best customer service ever. It's very important that you can trust your mechanic at A+ Japanese & I trust them completely with by car. Best shop ever! Eric and Adam are the best owners!

So I have dealt with A+ Japanese auto for a few of my automotive needs and repairs and got nothing but respect and overall kindness, but this one incident in particular blew my mind when it comes to customer service. I had just recently bought all new tires from them 2 weeks prior. As I'm on the freeway my tire explodes due to a screw in the sidewall of the tire. (By the way it's almost 5pm at this time) so I put my spare on and called Japanese auto in a panic because I needed to get to work the next morning extremely early. They were so professional and nice. Not only did they replace my tire for free but they ALSO got me a rental car FREE OF CHARGE so I could get to work the next day. The next day I pulled up to Japanese auto repair with my truck ready to go and someone waiting to take my rental car back. I have never in my life seen such amazing customer service. Forgive my language but this company actually gives a shit about their customers and not just about the money. I highly, HIGHLY recommend using their services you will NOT be disappointed. This is my first yelp review meaning this company impressed me so much that I actually took the time to write this. Thank you so much A+ auto repair. You made my life 100 times easier and you will always be my auto repair service provider.

Been taking our families cars there for a while now so this is long overdue. Initially I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. In particular how well they stay in contact through the entire process. Recently my car was involved in a traffic accident and they were great networking with the insurance company. They have always been courteous thorough efficient polite and timely. They've always told me the cost and my options in advance and let me make my own decisions. I've never had an unpleasant surprise or felt anything less than that I was being treated honestly and professionally. I respect that very much I think you'll appreciate taking your car this place

I have definitely had better experiences with this auto shop. While they did deliver my car to my office...they had left their industrial jumper cables in my back seat along with the carpet entirely pulled up, the batter cover completely off and the battery just exposed. It was disheartening, unprofessional and downright shoddy. I got a recommendation for another shop further away that I will try next time.

AAA towed my car here when my starter of my car stopped working - the office was pretty empty and they were receptive to taking another car in the middle of a work day lol, which was very nice of him. I dealt with Louis, who is the most enthusiastic mechanic I've ever met. He was super personable and friendly, and really adamant about getting my car taken care of. I gave him a bit of my own troubleshooting and he was able to figure that I was in the right ball park. He was able to order the part, and get it installed all in a days work. HE also ubered me home and back to the shop while they were working! How awesome is that!! The ONLY reason I took off a star is price - while they are great, and he even gave me the AAA discount, it was still roughly double what I would figure the part + labor would cost at my old shop in the South Bay. I offered to get the part myself, since Autozone said they had it in stock - I know it was a subpar quality part, but I wasn't planning to keep the vehicle indefinitely, its already older. He quickly said that policy is that they actually don't work with parts that are not directly from the shop. Interesting policy; some places will take it if you've already purchased it. And in the effort to get my car back asap, I was willing to do that for him, since he hinted it might take longer than just a day to get it in. That said, I'd probably be back - he works on Japanese cars (duh) and my bf and I both have foreign cars - Loius is definitely knowledgable and I trust that he wont do extraneous work on my vehicle. I guess the cost of labor comes at that price :) He texts, he called a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly - I suck at calling and texting back, but hopefully he sees this! Thanks again for everything, Louis!

My 2011 Honda Accord needed its 120,000 mile check up. When I asked the price, I was given what I thought was a "partial" answer. What I was given was a breakdown of probable fees. The total couldn't be given until they checked out my car. Of course! Makes total sense. I am pleased with the customer service, especially from Justin Mills. He is quite the gentleman, in the truest sense of it's meaning. Opening my door, etc. I am VERY pleased with the final co$t. I'll be back! Thank you!

I just started going to A+ and thought I would wait until after a few experiences before giving them a review. I've now brought 3 cars there and have always dealt with Naeem. I wish I had discovered them long ago! Their level of explanation and what absolutely needs to be done and what can be deferred (my kids pay for their car's repairs so this is important) means they place a value on a long term relationship. Most importantly, they communicate which means they call when they say they will - I don't have to chase them down. That's important to me! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I could not be happier with the service they provided. I brought in my 2001 Toyota Avalon because it was having trouble starting and the headlights worked intermittently. Louie was wonderful to work with and explained everything they needed to do. The final bill was less then I expected and he even went over it line by line to explain how they reached the figure. On top of all of that they called an Uber for me to both take me home after I dropped my car off, and pick me up to bring me back. They are honest, and are not just about a quick fix that will keep you coming back.
