Awesome, excellent, fast repairs! Our service advisor, Justin, was great. He was extremely polite, professional and courteous. Not only did he explain what the problem was with the car but he also recommended some additional services that he noticed the car needed but with NO pressure to do it. They gave us a courtesy car even thought the car would be ready the next morning. I haven’t come across many auto repair shops that offer that. Justin was very patient going over how to operate the courtesy car with my mother. I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you A+!

There isn't a better repair shop in the Bay Area! Justin and crew are the best customer focused service representatives in the business. You can always trust them to have your back and deliver outstanding results for your auto. I've been a customer of this establishment for over 20 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. From Ray and Dianne, to Adam and Eric, the management team is superb and runs a great shop!!

I recently had a couple bigs repairs on my car. That is always difficult but Justin explained the details of the work and made it easily understandable. But the biggest reason I continue to return is Justin's care about his clients and his compassion for providing the best service to his clients.

Absolutely amazing service!

Jason is the best! He is super patient and trustworthy when I brought a car for inspection. He provided a detailed report with pictures of different parts of the vehicle, and talked with me on phone for half an hour to go through the report item by item. I learned a lot about the vehicle from his knowledgable explanation and would definitely trust him to fix them.
